DAMAGE AREA ON LOWER CHORD OF BEAM AT PANEL 192DR FWD OUTBOARD LATCH STRIKER WAS REPAIRED I/R/W SRM 57-10-13-2R-3 REPAIR 3, REFERENCE BAM 002669449 FOR WORK PERFORMED AND REQUIRED INSPECTION SIGNOFFS. VERIFIED ESFR ENTRY.
RIGHT ENGINE DRIVE LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON TAKEOFF ROLL/ RTO WAS IN ITIATED RIGHT ENGINE IDG COMPLETELY OUT OF OIL UPON RETURNING TO GATE, WITH OIL DRIPPING FROM #2 ENGINE. CREW REPORTED IDG WAS NEVER DISCONNECTED, THEY SHUT DOWN NUMBER TWO ENGINE INSTEAD. IDG WAS SERVICED TO FULL FOR TROUBLESHOOTING PURPOSES TO LOCATE LEAK.
