HORIZONTAL STAB RH LOWER MOUNT CRACKED, FELL OFF WHEN REMOVING HORIZONTAL STABILIZER FOR 300 HR INSPECTION. LEVEL 4 REPAIR. AIRBUS REPLACED FITTING AND APPLIED SB 55-001 FOR REPAIR.
DURING FLIGHT FROM HOSPITAL PICK UP LOCATION TO DROP OFF LOCATION, GENERATOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON 1A PANEL. PILOT PRESSED THE GENERATOR RESET SWITCH, LIGHT ILLUMINATED AGAIN AFTER 2 SECONDS. PILOT PERFORMED EMERGENCY LANDING PROCEDURES AND LANDED SHORT OF DESTINATION HOSPITAL AND LANDED BACK AT BASE WITH PATIENT. MECHANIC WAS CALLED IN TO TROUBLESHOOTING FOUND K1 RELAY BAD. REMOVED AND REPLACED K1 RELAY.
MGB CHIP LIGHT ILLUMINATED IN CRUISE FLIGHT ABOUT 8 MINUTES FROM DESTINATION HOSPITAL. DECLARED EMERGENCY WITH APPROACH CONTROL AND NOTIFIED THEM OF CHIP LIGHT AND LANDED CLOSE TO CURRENT POSITION. MAINTENANCE FOUND A DEFECTIVE CHIP DETECTOR GIVING FALSE INDICATIONS AND CHIP DETECTOR WAS REPLACED.
REPOSITIONING FLIGHT. UTILIZED AIRCRAFT DEMIST DUE TO LIGHT RAIN. SCANNED THE LANDING AREA AND NOTICED SMOKE BUILDING IN THE AFT RIGHT SECTION OF THE CABIN. PERFORMED AN EMERGENCY SHUTDOWN AFTER LANDING AND EXITED IMMEDIATELY. NO EVIDENCE OF FIRE. LEADERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE NOTIFIED. NOTHING FURTHER. FOUND AIR DUCT THAT HAD COME UNGLUED CAUSING RESIDUAL GLUE TO BE IN THE HOT AIR STREAM. THE BLEED AIR WAS HOT ENOUGH TO HEAT THE GLUE AND CAUSE SMOKE AND AN ODOR INSIDE THE COCKPIT FROM THE DEMISTING SYSTEM.
UPON DEPARTURE FROM A SCENE LOCATION, THE HYD LIGHT ILLUMINATED WHILE EN ROUTE TO THE HOSPITAL. DIVERTED TO & HAD A GND AMBULANCE MEET THE ACFT AT THE AIRPORT TO COMPLETE THE PATIENT TRANSPORT. FOUND THAT THE HYD PRESS SWITCH HAD FAILED. THIS SWITCH WAS REPLACED WITH A SERVICEABLE SWITCH. THE ACFT WAS THEN RETURNED TO SERVICE.
