FRAME IS CRACKED. (TAILBOOM FRAME CRACKED AT UPPER R/H CORNER WEAR RADIUS) REMOVED AND REPLACED FRAME.
WORKING RIVETS IN 4 EACH INTERCOSTALS WHERE ATTACHED TO FITTINGS. REMOVED INTERCOSTALS. REMOVED RIVETS, APPLIED 890 PRO-SEAL, INSTALLED MS20470E-5 RIVETS AND REPLACED INTERCOSTALS AS PER BHT-206-SRM-1.
SEAL IS PITTED.
NO INDICATION ON TOT INDICATOR WITH EITHER SHIPS POWER OR BARFIELD T-1000.
TOWER REPORTED TRANSPONDER INOPERATIVE. REPLACED CAVITY OSCILLATOR V101 AND FUSE F401. UNIT QUIT BLOWING FUSES; BUT DOES NOT RECEIVE.
2 YEAR INSPECTION DUE. REPLACED WEAK V101 CAVITY OSCILLATOR. ADJUSTED FREQUENCY. BENCH CHECK GOOD.
BEARINGS CRACKED. ALSO REPLACED 4 EACH SLEEVES P/N 206-010-733-003. BEARINGS SCRAPPED LOCALLY. SEE MMIR'S # 4831 THROUGH # 4844 FOR ADDITIONAL BEARINGS.
