REMOVED LEFT MAIN WHEEL ASSEMBLY AND FOUND EXCESSIVE GREASE ON AXLE/HEAT SHEILD. REMOVED EXCESSIVE GREASE AND CLEANED WHEEL/ HEAT SHIELD ASSEMBL.Y AND REINSTALLED. PERFORMED LEFT BRAKE BLEEDING, NO AIR FOUND. PERFORMED BRAKE OPERATION WITH ENGINES RUNNING, LEFT BRAKE RELEASES EVERY TIME. NO FAULTS NOTED. PERFORMED TAXI CHECK FOUND BRAKES TO FEEL. FLAP FAIL YELLOW CAS ILLUMINATED - FLAP FAIL YELLOW CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT AT CRUISE ALTITUDE. ACCOMPANIED BY SWPS FAULT YELLOW CAS MESSAGE, PTRIM BKP FAIL YELLOW CAS MESSAGE, AND SPOILER FAULT WHITE CAS MESSAGE. ALSO, YELLOW X?S ON THE FLAP AND PITCH TRIM INDICATORS. ATC DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND WE LANDED WITH ZERO FLAPS WITH THE ABOVE NOTED CAS MESSAGES STILL DISPLAYED. ALSO, TEMPORARILY LOST A/P AND SOME SPEED INDICATIONS AT CRUISE ALTITUDE AND DURING INITIAL DESCENT. NOTE: SUSPECT FCE #1 FAILURE. "CORRECTIVE ACTION" INSPECTED FCE#1 FOR DAMAGED PINS, NONE NOTED, REPLACED #1 FCE.
DURING RIGHT ENGINE START NO HYDRAULIC PRESSURE WAS INDICATED. SHUT DOWN ENGINE AND FOUND HYDRAULIC FLUID LEAKING FROM UNDER AC. FOUND RT ENGINE HYD EDP PRESSURE LINE LEAKING AT HYD RES. SWAGED FITTING. REMOVED AND REPLACED HYDRAULIC LINE ASSEMBLY IAW MM 20-10-03. PRESSURE CHECKS GOOD IAW 29-12-01-710-801-A.
LANDING GEAR LEVER DISAGREE CAS MESSAGE ON GEAR RETRACTION ALONG WITH NOSE GEAR UNSAFE INDICATION. COMPLIED WITH QRH AND GEAR EXTENDED NORMALLY. REMOVED DEFECTIVE PROX SWITCH P/N: 80-057-01 S/N: 42742 AS REQUIRED, PERFORMED LANDING GEAR OPERATIONAL CHECKS WITH 15 CYCLIC CHECKS BUMPING NOSE GEAR DOOR AND TRYING TO SIMULATE AIR LOADS, COULD NOT GET NOSE GEAR INDICATION FAILURES, SET GEAR IN DOWN LOCK WITH THREE GREENS. ALL WORK DONE REF PHENOM 300 MM 32-31-00. NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
LOSS OF BRAKING DURING LANDING ROLLOUT.
BOTH COPILOT BRAKE PEDAL ARE SOFT, TRAVEL 75 PERCENT THEN BRAKES GRAB; ALSO PULLS LT. PILOT SIDE BRAKE PRESSURES SEEM OK BUT HAVE A SLIGHT DELAY FOR BRAKING. FOUND LT BRAKE GRABBING AND CHATTERING. REPLACED IAW AMM 32-92-01. BLED BOTH SIDES RT/LT IAW AMM 32-42-00. ALL 4 PEDALS ARE FIRM AND NO PULLING. BRAKES OP NORM.
WHILE ATTEMPTING TO EXTEND THE LANDING GEAR, THE RED UNLOCK CAME ON FOR 3 SECONDS WITH NO AUDIBLE GEAR EXTENSION SOUNDS. THE AFTER 3 SECONDS THE GEAR EXTENDED NORMALLY.
BOTH THROTTLE LEVERS AT ALTITUDE BECOME EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO MOVE. THE LT THROTTLE LEVER TAKES 2 HANDS AND EXCESSIVE FORCE TO MAKE ANY TYPE OF POWER CHANGE. AT LOWER ALTITUDES (10,000 AND BELOW) THROTTLE LEVERS SEEM NORMAL. REMOVED BOTH ENGINE THROTTLE CABLE ROD ENDS AT FUEL LEVERS. DICONNECTED FUEL TO FLOW DIVIDER RODS ON BOTH ENGINES. NOTED BOTH ENGINES FLOW DIVIDER IDLE STRIP SCREWS SET EXTREMELY TIGHT. RESET TENSION, ADJUSTED BOTH THROTTLE CABLE ROD ENDS. CONNECTED ALL ITEMS. RAN BOTH ENGINES, CHECK GOOD. WORK DONE IAW CH 76-11-02 OF THE MM.
BOTH PILOT AND CO-PILOT LT BRAKE PEDAL REQUIRES EXCESSIVE TRAVEL/FORCE. BLED BRAKES AND AFTER BLEEDING BRAKES SYS NOTED A PUDDLE OF HYD FLUID UNDER PILOTS LT BRAKE PEDAL. REPLACED PILOTS LT BRAKE MASTER CYL BLED BRAKES OPERATED BRAKE SYS AND BOTH BRAKE PEDALS ON PILOTS AND CO PILOTS ARE SMOOTH AND EVEN LEAK CHECKS ARE GOOD WORK DONE IAW CH 32-42-00 OF THE MM.
LT ENGINE T/R ARM LIGHT CAME ON IN FLIGHT AND ON THE GROUND. THE T/R'S WOULD NOT STOW IMMEDIATLY-ONCE STOWED, THE LT T/R WOULD DEPLOY EVERYTIME THE POWER LEVER WAS ADVANCED. FOUND LT THRUST REVERSER SEQUENCING CAM LOOSE IN PEDESTAL, ALLOWING OPERATION OF T/R WHILE MOVING THROTTLE BACK AND FORTH. TIGHTENED SEQUENCING CAM, HARDWARE SERVICEABLE. OPS CHECK NORMAL. WORK DONE IAW MM CHAPTER 78-31-00.
STRONG SYNTHETIC BURNING ODOR FROM COCKPIT WAS FOLLOWED MINUTES LATER BY FMS SCREEN GOING BLANK. FMS UNIT STILL DISPLAYED DATA ON MFD. BURNING ODOR FILLED ACFT. REMOVED AND INSTALLED A SERVICEABLE FMS, OPS CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME ALL WORK DONE IAW MM 34-61-03
LT (NR1) THROTTLE CABLE FROZE IN POSITION AT FL400 AT -40 DEG C RAM. REPLACED THE LT AFT THROTTLE CABLE. CONDUCTED ENGINE RUN AND VERIFIED PROPER RIGGING IAW MM CH 76-11-02.

NR 1 HEADING INDICATOR FAILED. 1 PFD, STANDBY HEADING INDICATOR AND MFD HEADING INDICATOR FAILED. REMOVED & REPLACED NR 1 DG IAW CE560 MM CHAPTER 34-21-05. OPS CHECKS GOOD
DURING ROLL OUT, THE BRAKES FAILED MOMENTARILY BUT HAD PRESSURE AT THE PEDALS. TROUBLESHOT SYSTEM AND FOUND BRAKE RESERVOIR TO BE OVERSERVICED. REMOVED SOME OF THE FLUID FROM THE RESERVOIR. RAN AIRCRAFT AND PERFORMED BRAKE SYSTEM FUNCTIONAL CHECK WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW CESSNA CITATION V 560 MM 32-40 AND 12-00
RT SEAT BRAKE PEDALS REQUIRE LARGE AMOUNT OF MOVEMENT TO WORK. RT PEDAL TRAVELS HALFWAY TO THE FLOOR BEFORE ANY PRESSURE IS FELT. BLED BRAKE SYSTEM IAW 560 MM 32-42-00. OPS CHECK GOOD ON TAXI CHECK.
CO-PILOTS BRAKE PEDALS (LT AND RT) ARE SPONGY. IT TAKES APPROXIMATLEY 2 INCHES OF TRAVEL TO GET ANY BRAKING ACTION. VERIFIED DISCREPANCY FOUND BLEEDER SCREW LOOSE ON LT BRAKE AND RESERVOIR LEVEL AT MIDDLE OF UPPER SIGHT GLASS. ACCOMPLISHED BRAKE BLEEDING IAW MM 32-42-00 OPS CHECKED NO DEFECTS WERE NOTED SERVICED RESESRVOIR IAW MM 12-12-02.
UPON APPLYING STATIC TAKEOFF POWER, NR1 ENGINE (LT SIDE) ONLY MADE 95.1 N1. THE BOOK CALLED FOR 96.7 PERCENT N1. OAT WAS 28 DEGREES C. CHECKED NR 1 ENGINE THROTTLE LINKAGE AND ADJUSTED NR1 ENG MAX N2 STOP. OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS FOUND TO BE SATISFACTORY. ACCOMPLISHED IAW MM 76-11-00.
LEFT SIDE BRAKES FEEL VERY HARD ON LANDING. CONSTANT PRESSURE FELT THEN GRADUAL SOFT PRESSURE (DIFFERENT FROM ANTI-SKID RELEASE) HIGH SPEED TEST: SOFTER W/ANTI-SKID OFF. CHECK ANTI-SKID BITE INDICATORS, NO FAULTS. REPLACED BOTH ANTI-SKID TRANDUCERS. REPLACED BOTH HUBCAPS, INSPECTED WIRING FOR BOTH TRANSDUCERS BOTH GOOD. ALL WORK IAW CESSNA 560 MM 32-42-01.
AT FL 410 RECEIVED THE EMERGENCY PRESS LIGHT. RAN THE CHECKLIST AND RESET THE SYSTEM BACK TO NORMAL. THE CABIN ALTITUDE WENT TO 9000 FEET. THE RATE CONTROLLER SEEMED TO HAVE NO AFFECT AND COULD NOT GET THE CABIN ALTITUDE TO COME DOWN TO THE PROPER ALTITUDE. DESCENDED TO FL 390 AND THE CABIN STABILIZED AT 0200 FEET AND 8.0 DIFF. UPON DIVERSION TO KICT THE CABIN RATE SUDDENLY JUMPED TO 6000 FPM AND THE CABIN ALT IMMEDIATELY WENT THRU 10,000 FEET. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND DIVERTED INTO KLIT. CAUSE TRACED TO FAILED ACM OVERTEMP SWITCH.
WHILE BEING VECTORED FOR A VISUAL APPROACH, THE LOW OIL PRESSURE ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED, FOLLOWED BY THE LEFT ENGINE UNCOMMANDED SHUT DOWN. DECLARED EMERGENCY AND LANDED SAFELY. ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
