VAN HORN M/R BLADE INBOARD TRIM TABS CRACKED
SMOKE IN CABIN FROM AIR CONDITIONER. THE AMT ARRIVED AND INSPECTED THE SYSTEM. EVERYTHING WORKED AS ADVERTISED AND THEY RAN THE AIRCRAFT FOR 10 MINUTES WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. THE CREW STATED THEY DID NOT SMELL ANYTHING. WE SUSPECT IT MAY HAVE BEEN BRUSH DUST OR EVEN REAL FINE DUCTING FOAM THEY SAW WHEN THE SYSTEM WAS TURNED ON.
RH CONTROL COLUMN SKIN CRACKED AT UPPER RIVET
DURING FLIGHT, THE AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED POWER LOSS RESULTING IN A HARD LANDING. UPON INSPECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT, THE PC LINE PN: 23065814 FROM THE COMPRESSOR SCROLL TO PC FILTER HAD CRACKED AND SEPARATED AT A WELD POINT.
FOUND STIFFENER, PN 206-033-110-229, CRACKED DURING INSPECTION OF THE BOX BEAM & VERTICAL CONTROL TUNNEL INTERFACE.
