THE R2 DOOR EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF DOOR IS COMPLETELY BROKEN. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LIGHT ASSY, OPS CHECKED NORMAL IAW AMM 33-51-01.
FORWARD FLIGHT ATTENDANT JUMPSEAT FLASHLIGHT INOPERATIVE. REPLACED THE FLASHLIGHT SEAL AND PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
ON FINAL DECENT, CREW REPORTED SMOKE COMING FROM INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM AT ROW 18DEF. NO EMERGENCY DECLARED, FLIGHT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED. REPLACED THE SEAT POWER BOX AT SEAT ROW 18DEF IAW AMM 44-22-44.
DURING CLIMB, COMPLETE LOSS OF SYSTEM A HYDRAULIC SYSTEM. THE FLIGHT DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND RETURNED TO DEPARTURE WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. ACCOMPLISHED HYDRAULIC SYSTEM A FLUSH AND REPLACED LEFT ENGINE HYDRAULIC PUMP IAW AMM 29-11-00. OPS CHECKED GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.
THE AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED. FLIGHT ATTENDANTS REPORTED THAT WHEN TRYING TO USE THE LOWER AFT GALLEY COFFEE MAKER, A BURNING SMELL EMANATED AND THEY TURNED IT OFF. REPLACED AFT GALLEY COFFEE MAKER NUMBER 5 IAW AMM 25-32-00 CKS GOOD.
