CENTER HYDRAULIC QUANTITY EICAS IN FLIGHT DROPPED TO 0.33 WITH CENTER SYSTEM TURNED OFF . CORRECTIVE ACTION: FOUND RH INBOARD ELEVATOR PCA LEAKING. REMOVED AND REPLACED RH INBOARD ELEVATOR PCA IAW B767 AMM 27-31-05. OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME.

C/W FIM 24-20, FT 801 AND 24-20, TASK 804 SYSTEM IS OK. SERVICED RT IDG IAW AMM 12-13 C/W FIM 24-20 FT 813. NO CORROSION OR WEAR NOTED. C/W LOAD TEST IAW AMM 24-11-00. NO DEFECTS NOTED. 2 LEGS LATER DRIVE LIGHT REAPEARED AND, R & R RIGHT ENGINE IDG IAW AMM 24-11 AND WORK CARD 24-R04 AND WC 24-003-01. OPS CHECKED GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED. NO LEAKS NOTED.
AFTER LEVEL OFF, F/A REPORTED FIRE IN AFT NR 3 GALLEY OVEN. PERFORMED INSPECTION OF AFT GALLEY OVEN. FOUND FOOD TRAYS AND FOOD BURNED. COMPLIED WITH OPS CHECKS OF OVEN NR 3 AND NR 1, 2, 4 AND NR 5 OVENS IAW CMM 25-36-22, NO FAULTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. OK FOR SERVICE.
DURING OPS CHECK OF ESCAPE SLIDE SYSTEM, ESCAPE SLIDE OPERATED AS REQUIRED, BUT THE SLIDE LIGHTS DID NOT ACTIVATE DURING REVIEW. IT WAS FOUND THAT THE ACTIVATION LANYARD APPEARED TO BE TOO LONG WHEN THE SLIDE WAS FULLY DEPLOYED TO ACTIVATE THE LIGHTS. REPLACED SLIDE/RAFT ASSY IAW AMM 25-66-00/201.
ILS TUNING KNOB NOT SECURE. SLIGHT BUMP WILL CHANGE COURSE BY 10 DEGREE. UNABLE TO PROCEED WITH ETOPS FLIGHT. R & R ILS CONTROL PANEL IAW MM 34-31. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
OIL TEMP INDICATING SYSTEM OIL TEMP LT ENGINE HIGH, OIL PRESSURE NORMAL. SHUTDOWN LT ENGINE IAW QRH. R & R NR1 ENGINE SEC IAW AMM 73-21 (GROUND TEST OF EEC CHECKED OK AT THIS TIME) R & R ECM CABLE W13 IAW GE ESM 72-00, R & R NR 1 ENG OIL TEMP SENSOR REF AMM 79-34, RAN NR 1 ENG IAW AMM 72-00 OIL TEMP CK'S NORMAL AT THIS TIME, LEAK CK OF SENSOR GOOD.
TEMP LT ENGINE HIGH 179 ON BOTH LT AND RT EICAS COMPUTERS QRH FOLLOWED THRUST ON LT ENGINE REDUCED TO IDLE DUE TO OTHER INDICATIONS NORMAL ENGINE SHUTDOWN AND SECURE.

C IRS FAULT LIGHT ON LOCALIZER MAP WAS 7.5 MILES LT 34-21-1 SIT NR 3 NOTE( R IRS PREVIOUSLY DEFERRED). REPLACED CTR IRU IAW MM 34-21. OPS CHECK GOOD TEST NR 40, ALSO ACC.

INSTALLED CRANK PAD COVER IAW 72-00-00-982-007-H00. PERFORMED NO OIL PRESSURE INSP IAW AMM 72-00-00-206-096-H00. NO DEFECT NOTED.
