A CRACK WAS DISCOVERED ON THE AFT BULKHEAD CENTER STRUCTURE. THE CRACK MEASURES APPROXIMATELY 1.0 INCH LONG
DURING INSTALLATION OF SEAT TRACK RAIL, IT IS NOTED THAT ONE SCREW (PN: 22256BE060018L) IS TOO LONG AND INTERFERES WITH THE STATIONARY COLLECTIVE TUBE FLANGE (PN: 350A27513120).
CHECKS SHOWED LOSS OF ENGINE POWER AT A HOVER. INSUFFICIENT POWER AVAILABLE TO EVEN EXECUTE A NORMAL TAKEOFF. BLEED AIR VALVE WASN'T CLOSING UNTIL 98% NG AND BURNING SMELL STILL NOTICEABLE. **SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION**10-29-2021, FOUND THAT THE REAR INLET BARRIER FILTER RUBBER SEAL HAD CAME UN GLUED FROM ENGINE COWLING.
DURING CRUISE FLIGHT EXPERIENCED A YAW KICK, BURNING RUBBER SMELL AND FLI FAILURE. NO LOSS OF FLIGHT CONTROLS OR OTHER INDICATIONS. PRECAUTIONARY LANDED AT AIRPORT MINUTES LATER. SUBSEQUENT FLIGHT CHECKS SHOWED LOSS OF ENGINE POWER AT A HOVER. INSUFFICIENT POWER AVAILABLE TO EVEN EXECUTE A NORMAL TAKEOFF. BLEED AIR VALVE WASN'T CLOSING UNTIL 98% NG AND BURNING SMELL STILL NOTICEABLE.
