THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE L GEN OFF ANNUNCIATOR CAME ON DURING FLIGHT. ADDING THAT THERE WAS NO AMPS ON THE LEFT SIDE. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM INDICATED THAT UPON INITIAL INSPECTION AND CONSULTATION WITH THE CREW, VERIFIED NO AMPS ON THE LEFT SIDE, VERY LOW VOLTAGE INDICATIONS. OPERATED BOTH ENGINES AND METERED ONLY 20 VOLTS AT THE LEFT STARTER GENERATOR ITSELF. AIRCRAFT SAT OVERNIGHT TILL MX WAS AVAILABLE AGAIN. STARTED BOTH ENGINES AND VERIFIED BOTH ENGINES WERE PRODUCING 28 VOLTS ON THE LEFT AND RIGHT GENERATORS. VERIFIED AMP LOAD ON BOTH GENERATORS. LOADED UP AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS VERIFIED THAT EACH GEN PICKED UP THE ASSOCIATOR LOAD WHEN THE OPPOSITE GENERATOR WAS TURNED OFF. VERIFIED CORRECT VOLTAGE AT BOTH GENERATOR CONTROL UNITS. NO DEFECTS NOTED. SWAPPED GCUS FOR TROUBLESHOOTING PURPOSES. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE AUTO-PILOT PITCH TRIM FAILED DURING FLIGHT. THE SYSTEM WAS DEACTIVATED AND PLACED ON MEL 22-10-01-05 FOR CONTINUED OPERATIONS. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM DETERMINED THE NO2 FLIGHT COMPUTER WAS DEFECTIVE AND WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH AN OVERHAULED UNIT. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE RIGHT ENGINE OIL TEMP INDICATOR WAS SHOWING ERRATIC READINGS, SPIKES IN THE RED THEN BACK TO NORMAL AND CONTINUOUSLY REPEATING. THE BASE MAINTENANCE TEAM DETERMINED THE OIL TEMPERATURE SENSOR WAS DEFECTIVE. THE DEFECTIVE SENSOR WAS REMOVED, AND A NEW SENSOR WAS INSTALLED. OPERATIONAL / LEAK CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED WHEN ENGAGING AUTO PILOT AT 9,000 MSL AN ILLUMINATED "AP PITCH TRIM FAIL, AP ROLL TRIM FAIL" ANNUNCIATOR. THE CREW DISCONNECTED THE AP, RETRIMMED AND RE-ENGAGED. THE ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED AGAIN. THE CREW WENT ON TO SAY THAT PREFLIGHT TRIM CHECKS WERE NORMAL. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR TROUBLESHOT AND DETERMINED THE NO2 FCC CARD WAS AT FAULT AND WAS REPLACED WITH AN OVERHAULED FCC CARD.
