WHILE DESCENDING THROUGH APPROXIMATELY FL200, THE BAGGAGE SMOKE ANNUNCIATOR AND MASTER WARNING SWITCH LIGHT ILLUMINATED. WE DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND BEGAN A DIVERSION TO THE CLOSEST AIRPORT WITH ARFF. WE CONSULTED THE CHECKLIST AND THE ONLY STEP WAS LAND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WE MADE AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING AT FLL, EVACUATED THE AIRCRAFT ON THE TAXIWAY, AND HAD IT INSPECTED BY ARFF. NO SMOKE OR FIRE WAS DETECTED IN EITHER BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT. WE THEN TAXIED UNDER OUR OWN POWER TO SIGNATURE.
WHILE DESCENDING INTO NAPLES, THE MASTER WARNING SWITCH LIGHT AND BAGGAGE SMOKE ANNUNCIATORS ILLUMINATED. WE DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND REQUESTED VECTORS TO THE CLOSEST AIRPORT WITH ARFF ON THE FIELD, WHICH WAS TMB. THE ONLY ITEM ON THE CHECKLIST WAS LAND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WE CONDUCTED A DESCENT AND MADE AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING AT TMB. UPON LANDING, WE EVACUATED THE AIRCRAFT ON A TAXIWAY AND HAD IT INSPECTED BY ARFF. NO EVIDENCE OF FIRE OR SMOKE IN THE FORWARD OR AFT BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT WAS PRESENT.
SWPS FAULT, FLAP FAIL, PTRIM FAIL, SPOILER FAULT IN CRUISE. ( EMERGENCY DECLARED ) REMOVED AND REPLACED FCE#1 IAW AMM 27-03-01-400-801-A. OPS CHECK GOOD.
ON DEPARTURE FROM KEGE WHEN SELECTING THE FLAPS FROM 1TO 0 WE RECIEVED A FLAPS FAIL CAS AND THE FLAPS REMAINED AT 1. AIRSPEED WAS MAINTAINED BELOW 180 KNOTS AND MAXIMUM ALTITUDE WAS 17000'. THE QRH WAS UNABLE TO RESOLVE THE CONDITION. NORMAL LANDING FOLLOWED AT 16,100 LBS. ( EMERGENCY DECLARED ) INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED REPAIRED FLAP SELECT LEVER P/N 780501-9 S/N 3273 IAW PH300 AMM 27-53-01 AND ACCOMPLISHED SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK. FLAPS FAILED IN NR 1 POSITION RIGHT AFTER TAKE OFF. ( EMERGENCY DECLARED) POWERED UP AIRCRAFT TO FIND FLAP3 FAIL AMBER CA3 MESSAGE DISPLAYED. GAINED ACCESS TO OEM DIAGNOSTICS BY CONFIGURING A CMC CONFIGURATION CARD AND VIEWING ACTIVE AND HISTORICAL FAULTS REF EMB-505 AMM CH 45-45-00. NO ACTIVE FAULTS PRESENT AT THIS TIME. HISTORICAL EVIDENCE SHOWED FAULT 743 I FCS FLAP DISAGREE, CODE 27523800. FOLLOWED FIM TASK 27-53-00-810-818-A TO FIND THIS AS A TRANSITORY CONDITION. RESET FLAPS CLEARING FLAPS FAIL CAS MESSAGE AND PERFORMED MULTIPLE OPS CHECKS REF EMB 505 AMM CH 27-50-00 WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS OR RELATED MESSAGES.
FLAPS FAILED ON APPROACH. SUSPECTED RIGHT HAND SAFETY SWITCH AT FAULT. REMOVED AND REPLACED SAFETY SWITCH. SWITCH CONDITION NEW, P/N ON101-521054-2 S/N ON 13292340C. P/N OFF101-52-1054-2 S/N UNK IAWB300AMM27-50-11. SAFETY SWITCH LINK ARM WORN. REMOVED AND REPLACED ARM AND HARDWARE IAW B300AMM27-50-11. PERFORMED MOC OF FLAPS,MOC CHECK GOOD.
AFTTER NORMAL LANDING AT VREF ON THE PAINTED AIMING POINT MARKERS, NORMAL BRAKING WAS APPLIED AND WORKING. SOMEWHERE BETWEEN 40 AND 50 KNTS, BOTH BRAKE PEDALS WENT TO THE FLOOR, SHORTLY AFTER THAT THE CAS BRK FAIL. EMERGENCY BRAKE WAS APPLIED AND SAFELY STOPPED THE AIRCRAFT ON THE RUNWAY. WORK ON DISCREPANCY STILL IN PROGRESS.
DURING APPROACH, AFTER EXTENDING THE LANDING GEAR, THE RIGHT LANDING GEAR SAFE LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE. EMERGENCY DECLARED. UPON INSPECTION OF RT LG SAFE LIGHT FOUND LIGHT BULB TO BE BURNED OUT. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RT LG SAFE LIGHT BULB WITH PN 327 FROM FAK IAW AMM 33-11-00. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
ON LANDING, REVERSERS WOULD NOT DEPLOY. BELOW 60 K LOST BRAKES. USED EMERGENCY BRAKES TO STOP ACFT. AFTER TAXIING OFF RUNWAY, PLACED BRAKES IN ANTI SKID OFF POSITION. BRAKES WERE RESTORED. AIRSPEED INDICATOR SPEED LOW BAR WAS VISUAL. AFTER ACFT PARKED MAIN WHEEL STRUTS WERE ABNORMALLY HIGH. FOUND LT & RT MLG STRUTS TO BE OVERSERVICED WITH NITROGEN. SERVICED LT & RT MLG STRUTS IAW WITH AMM 12-00-00. GROUND RAN ACFT OPS CHECKED T/R'S. OPS CHKD NORMAL. BLED LT & RT BRAKES IAW AMM 32-40-00. FOUND LT & RT STRUTS TO BE OVERSERVICED WITH NITROGEN, NOT ALLOWING SQUAT SWITCHES TO CLOSE. T/R OPS CHK PERFORMED IAW MM 78-30-00. PERFORMED BRAKE FUNCTIONAL CHK IAW AMM 32-40-00, OPS CHKD NORMAL. NO AIRSPEED INDICATOR LOW SPEED NOTED.
ABORTED TAKE OFF DUE TO A LEFT ENGINE PYLON BLEED LEAK CAS MESSAGE AND SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT/ CABIN. UPON INVESTIGATION THE LT ENGINE OTBD PRECOOLER V-BAND COUPLING WAS LEAKING. REMOVED THEN REINSTALLED AND TORQUED IAW 750AMM20-10-40, CAL TOOL: JEG9133 DUE 4/22/2026. LEAK CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME. ACCOMPLISED HIGH POWER ENGINE RUNS IN REF TO C750 MM 71-00-04. NO DEFECTS NOTED. SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT. ACCOMPLISHED HIGH POWER ENGINE RUNS. IN REF TO C750MM71-00-04. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
AUTOPILOT DISENGAGED AND THEN WE HAD A COMPLETE NAVIGATION FAILURE ON THE PFDS AND THE MFD. FMS DATA WAS REMOVED. RED FLAG BOXES ON THE PFD WERE FMS, FD, AND RA. THE MOVING MAP, RUDDER BOOST , CDU, AND TRANSPONDER, FAILED. THE RTU WAS ONLY ABLE TO INPUT COM1/NAV 1 FREQUENCIES. REMOVED L/H IAPS POWER SUPPLY P/N 822-1137-001 S/N 41GRFVL. REMOVED ORANGE TORQUE STRIPING AND APPLIED BLUE TORQUE STRIPING TO FITTING IAW KA SERIES STANDARD PRACTICES MANUAL 20-10-00. NO DEFECTS NOTED.

FLAPS FAIL CAS MESSAGE ON DEPARTURE. EMERGENCY DECLARED. REMOVED AND REPLACED FLAP RELAY BOX ASSEMBLY IAW CESSNA 750 MM 27-51-00. OPERATIONAL CHECK PASSED, REMOVED FLAP RELAY BOX ASSY . INSTALLED SERVICEABLE FLAP RELAY BOX.
ON APPROACH INTO FMY AND SELECTED GEAR DOWN. GOT THE NO GEAR DOWN HORN AND LOOKED TO SEE NO 3 GREEN LTS. WENT AROUND FOLLOWED THE QRH AND PUMPED DOWN THE GEAR. LANDED SAFELY. (EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED). TROUBLESHOOTING FOUND MOTOR CB FOR LG TRIPPED. RESET CB AND CLEANED AND RESEATED CONNECTORS ON MOTOR FOR LANDING GEAR.OPS CHECKS ON GEAR SWINGS FOUND OK.ALL WORK COMPLIED WITH IAW KA B300 MM 32-30-00.
AIRCRAFT FAILED TO PRESSURIZE DURNING CLIMB - THE PRESSURIZATION ISSUE WAS CAUSED BY THE DOOR HANDLE NOT BEING PROPERLY CLOSED AND THE DOOR SEAL NOT INFLATING. PERFORMED MANUAL PRESSURIZATION CHECK AND AUTO PRESSURIZATION CHECK AND LEAK DOWN CHECK ON THE ENTRY DOOR PRIMARY SEAL REF MM CH 21·30-00, ALL CHECKS WERE GOOD, AIRCRAFT PRESSURIZED NORMALLY IN AUTO ANO MANUAL AND DOOR SEAL HELD FULL PRESSURE FOR 5 MINUTES WITH SERVICE AIR SHUTOFF. CUSTOMER ELECTS NO FURTHER ACTION. PRESSURJZATION SYSTEM OPS CHECKS GOOD.

VERY HARD TO GET AIRCRAFT TO TURN RIGHT DURING TAXI HAD TO SHUT DOWN AIRCRAFT BEFORE GETTING TO PARKING SPOT HAD TO SHUT DOWN AIRCRAFT TO GET TOWED INTO THE SPOT RIGHT BRAKE WAS GOING TO THE FLOOR AND WASN'T DOING ANYTHING. INSPECTED BRAKE SYSTEM FOR ANY LEAKS OR DISCREPANCIES. INSPECTED RUDDER PEDAL AND STEERING LINKAGES FOR ANY SIGNS OF DAMAGE. NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED AT THIS TIME. PERFORMED MULTIPLE TAXI/STEERING CHECKS, COULD NOT DUPLICATE. ALL OPS CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME. WORK PERFORMED IAW KING AIR B300 MM CH. 32-40-00 AND 27-20-00.

CLEAR FAULTS AND RAN FLAPS THROUGH SEVERAL CYCLES AND MONITORED THE DC CURRENT TO PDU. FOUND NO FAULTS LOGGED IN FLAP CONTROLLER. FLAP FROM FULL UP TO FULL. DOWN SHOWED 36 AMPS ANO FROM FULL DOWN TO FULL UP WAS 32 AMPS. WITH FLAPS DOWN, INSPECTED L/H AND R/H FLAP TRACKS, ROLLERS AND ACTUATORS FOR ANY SIGNS OF DAMAGE. NO DAMAGE NOTED. T/S SYSTEM FURTHER. PER WUP FSR, REMOVED THE FLAP HANDLE AND CLEANED THE INTERNALS OF DUST AND DEBRIS. SMALL AMOUNT OF DEBRIS FOUND. REINSTALLED FLAP HANDLE AS REQUIRED. REMOVED FLAP PDU P/N MP50G-4 S/N 430A AND INSTALLED A "OVERHAULED" FLAP PDU P/N MP50G-4 S/N 166B AS NEEDED. PERFORMED FLAP OPERATIONAL CHECKS. ALL CHECKS FOUND GOOD. NO FAULTS POSTED ON ELCAS OR FLAP CONTROLLER. ALL WORK DONE IAW CE75O AMM 27-52-00.
ON TAXI OUT FROM RAMP THE CAPTAINS BRAKES (RIGHT BRAKE PEDAL) FELT 'MUSHY' AND DIFFERENT COMPARED TO CAPTIANS LEFT BRAKE PEDAL. THE F.O'S BRAKES AND STEERING FRLT OK. THE RIGHT BRAKES PEDAL CAPTAINS WHEN PRESSED ALMOST DOWN TO THE FLOOR. VERIFIED DISCREPANCY UPON ARRIVAL, PILOTS RH PEDAL WITH BRAKES APPLIED PEDAL BOTTOMS OUT. PERFORMED RH BRAKE BLEEDING PROCEDURE, NO VISABLE AIR BLED FROM BRAKES. PERFORMED SEVERAL OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF THE PILOTS BRAKE PEDALS AND BOTH BRAKES HOLD PRESSURE. ALL WORK PERFORMED IN REFERENCE WITH CESSNA MODEL 560XL AMM 32-42-00.
FLAPS FAILURE CAS MESSAGE, NO RESET. - DECLARED EMERGENCY
JET FUEL SMELL COMING INTO AIRCRAFT FROM THE AIR VENTS. MORE PROMINENT FROM THE OVERHEAD COLD AIR VENTS THAN THE CONDITIONED / HEAT VENTS. NO SMELL PRESENT IN LUGGAGE COMPARMENT OR TAIL CONE ACCESS AREA. NO FUEL NOTED PUDDLING UNDER AIRCRAFT. WAS TROUBLESHOT AND FOUND TO BE THE APU BLEED AIR SYSTEM CAUSING THE FUEL SMELL AND THE APU BLEED AIR HAS BEEN SUBSEQUENTLY BEEN MEL'D.

LH BRAKE ASSEMBLY PN OFF/ON: 5010614, SN OFF: NOV95-345, SN ON: JUN06-1336. RH BRAKE ASSEMBLY. MANUAL BRAKING AND POWER BRAKING FUNCTIONAL CHECK GOOD IAW 400A MM 32-40-00. REPLACED WITH NEW WIRE PN: M27500-22TE2T14 LH- BETWEEN P271 PINS D,S & T AND CONNECTOR P303 AND RH - BETWEEN P272 PINS L,M & X AND CONNECTOR P304. REPLACED ANTI-SKID TRANSDUCER CONNECTORS (LH) P303 & (RH) P304 WITH NEW PN: PT06CEB-45. REPLACED LH AND RH ANTI-SKID TRANDUCERS WITH OVERHAULED UNITS: LH & RH PN OFF/ON: 140-03110, LH SN OFF: 1690, SN ON: 1327, RH SN OFF: 2472, SN ON: 2042. PERFORMED SATISFACTORY ANTI-SKID SYSTEM REPONSE CHECK, FAILURE DETECTION CIRCUIT CHECK & TOUCH-DOWN PROTECTION CHECK, ALL WORK PERFROMED IAW 400A MM 32-40-00, WDM 32-41-01 & MM 20-20-04. PERFORMED LOW SPEED TAXI CHECK OF BRAKES AND ALL CHECK GOOD.
NOSE LANDING GEAR FAILED TO EXTEND ON APPROACH. EMERGENCY DECLARED.
FLAP FAIL CAS MESSAGE. OCCURRED AT FL 470, UNABLE TO RESET. WAS ABLE TO RESET ONCE AT A LOWER ALTITUDE. USED NORMAL PROCEDURE AND SELECTED FLAPS 5* SLATS EXTENDED AND FLAPS REMAINED AT ZERO. #1 ENG ITT CLIMBED QUICKLY TO OVER 1000 DEGREES AND FLUCTUATED BETWEEN 1000 AND 1100 DEGREES FOR OVER ONE MINUTE. EMERGENCY DECLARED.
IN CLIMB AT 16,000 HYD FLUID LOW LIGHT COME ON, AFTER GRABBING CHECKLIST LIGHT DID GO OUT. WE DID HEAR HYD PUMP COME ON BRIEFLY AFTER LIGHT WENT OUT. DIVERTED TO TEB, PUT GEAR DOWN EARLY, GEAR TOOK LONGER THAN NORMAL AND PUMP SOUNDED STRAINED AND WAS SCREAMING. WE DID GET 3 GREEN LND GEAR LIGHTS. EMERGENCY DELCARED. FOUND LEAKING B-NUTS AT THE POWER PACK, RETORQUED, OPS CHECK GOOD. ALL WORK DONE IAW B300 AMM REF 32-30-00.
HYD PUMP FAIL 'A' AMBER CAS MESSAGE IN FLIGHT. EMERGENCY DECLARED. RAN #1 ENGINE TO CONFIRM SQUAWK. AFTER START SEQUENCE HYD PUMP, A FAIL CAS MESSAGE APPEARED. RAN #2 ENGINE AND I GOT HYD PRESSURE ON A SIDE. SUSPECTED PUMP FAILURE. REMOVED #1 ENGINE HYD PUMP P/N: 66166 S/N: NX80P AND INSTALLED OVERHAULED HYD PUMP P/N: 66166 S/N: BK6652P.
