CREW RECEIVED GND SPOILER FAIL CAS MESSAGE DURING DESCENT. ATC INSTRUCTED THE CREW TO REDUCE SPEED TO 190 KNOTS; THE CREW ATTEMPTED TO DEPLOY SPEED BRAKES AT APPROXIMATELY 225 KNOTS. A GND SPOILER FAIL CAS MESSAGE APPEARED, AND THE SPOILER BOX INDICATED A FAILURE. REPLACED FCE #2 IAW AMM 27-03-01-400-801. PERFORMED SPOILER RIGGING IAW AMM 27-60-00/800-801. OPS CHECK GOOD WITH NO DEFECTS FOUND.
AIR TURN BACK DUE TO PTRIM NML FAIL CAS MESSAGE AFTER MANUAL PITCH TRIM ACTIVATION RESULTED IN NO TRIM INPUT NEAR THE INITIAL LEVEL-OFF ALTITUDE. BACKUP MODE PITCH TRIM WAS USED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE FLIGHT. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AT KMDW. REPLACED #1 FCE IAW EMB 505 AMM 27-03-01. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
THE #2 FCE FAILED DURING ENGINE RUNS. UNIT WAS SWAPPED AND FAULT FOLLOWED UNIT. REPLACED #2 FCE IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 27-03-01.
CREW RECEIVED SWPS FAULT, FLAP FAIL AND PTRIM BKP FAIL CAS IN FLIGHT. EXECUTED NO FLAP LANDING. REPLACED FCE #1 IAW PHENOM AMM 27-03-01. ALL FOLLOW-ON CHECK PASSED AND NO FURTHER CAS MESSAGES PRESENT.
ABNORMAL SOUND COMING FROM UNDER RH COCKPIT SEAT. ELEVATOR CONTROL FEELS LIKE SOMETHING IS DRAGGING WHEN ACTUATED BY THE CONTROL YOKE. REPLACED ELEVATOR SERVO ACTUATOR. REPLACED ELEVATOR SERVO MOUNT. ACCOMPLISHED ELEVATOR MOVEMENT. ACCOMPLISHED ELEVATOR SERVO OPS CHECKâNO FURTHER DEFECTS FOUND. WORK COMPLETED IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 22-11-00. ACTUATOR P/N 011-00878-20; S/N 1A1006133. MOUNT P/N 011-01904-00; S/N 16K027394.
DURING DESCENT, SPOILER FAIL CAS MESSAGE. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 FCE, IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 27-03-01-400-801. PERFORMED ALL ASSOCIATED RIGGING AND OPERATIONS CHECKS, PER TASK 37-03-01-400-801. ALL OPERATIONS CHECKS GOOD. P/N 462900-1017; S/N 1168.
NORMAL PITCH TRIM FAIL CAS MESSAGE, FAILED HALF HOUR INTO FLIGHT. REMOVED AND REPLACED REPAIRED PITCH TRIM ACTUATOR. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
DIVERTED DUE TO "BLEED 2 LEAK" CAS MESSAGE. COMPLETED QRH PROCEDURE AND CAS MESSAGE CLEAR. DURING DECENT CAS MESSAGE CAME BACK. COMPLETED QRH PROCEDURES TO SECOND END POINT AND CAS MESSAGE CLEARED AND REMAINED OFF FOR REMAINDER OF FLIGHT. CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. REPLACED TWO BLEED LEAK THERMAL SWITCHES ON INBOARD AND OUTBOARD OF RT PYLON PRECOOLER. OPS CHECK GOOD.
ON DESCENT CREW RECEIVED HYD HIGH TEMP CASS MSG. EXECUTED CHECKLIST & RESULTED IN LOSS OF HYD SYS. DECLARED EMER. UPON LANDING, UTILIZED EMER BRAKES & BLEW BOTH MAIN TIRES ON RUNWAY. FOUND LOOSE CONNECTOR P0589 AT HYD TEMP SWITCH. THE CONNECTOR WAS ADJUSTED & ALL FUNCTIONAL CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY.
