DISCOVERED EMERGENCY LIGHTS REMAIN ON IN ARMED POSITION. ACCESSED NR 1 AND NR 2 EMERGENCY BATTERIES. REMOVED NR 1 BATTERY AND INSTALLED INSPECTED BATTERY. REMOVED NR 2 BATTERY AND INSTALLED INSPECTED BATTERY. PERFORMED EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY OPERATIONS CHECK SATISFACTORY, IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 33-52-01. SYSTEM OPERATIONS CHECKS GOOD.
DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, DISCOVERED EMERGENCY LIGHTS FLASHING WITH SWITCH IN ARM AND OFF POSITION. TROUBLESHOT SYSTEM. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 EMERGENCY LIGHTS BATTERY IAW MM 33-52-01. OPS CHECK GOOD. P/N 6450LS-00 S/N 001788.
DURING DESCENT RECEIVED FLAP FAIL, PTRIM BKP FAIL, SWPS FAULT, AND SPOILER FAULT CAS MESSAGES. REMOVED AND REPLACED FCE NR 1 IAW MM 27-03-01. COMPLIED WITH RIGGING OF THE FLAP SYSTEM AND FLAP SYSTEM OPERATIONAL CHECK IAW MM 27-50-00. COMPLIED WITH PITCH TRIM OPERATIONAL CHECK IAW MM 27-40-00. COMPLIED WITH PRESSURIZATION OPERATIONAL CHECKS IAW 21-31-00 ALL OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. PN 462900-1017 S/N 0662.
AUTO PILOT AND YAW DAMPER DISENGAGED ON THEIR OWN IN FLIGHT ON APPROACH. YELLOW AP FAIL AND YD FAIL CAS MESSAGES ON BOTH PFDS. THIS WAS DUE TO SPEED BRAKES RETRACTING ON THEIR OWN. REMOVED AND REPLACED SPOILER SURFACE POSITON UNIT. CHECKS GOOD ON GROUND AT THIS TIME.
DIVERTED DUE TO GEA 2 FAILURE, WHICH CAUSED MULTIPLE OTHER MFD FAILURE INDICATIONS AND CAS MESSAGES. THE GEA DID RESET ON THE GROUND AND ALL MESSAGES EXTINGUISHED. THE NR 2 GEA WAS REPLACED AS A PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE. OPS CHECKS WERE GOOD AND THE ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
