AFTER DEPARTING ASHLAND HOSPITAL IN SUPERIOR WI, THE R/H CABIN WINDOW SLIDER DEPARTED THE AIRCRAFT.
N1 TACHOMETER GENERATOR ERRATIC READINGS DURING START UP CAUSING A MIS-COMPARE P CAUTION MESSAGE.
SHORTLY AFTER DEPARTURE PILOT RECEIVED "XMSN OIL PRESSURE" WARNING LIGHT ALONG WITH AN INCREASE IN INDICATED PRESSURE. PERFORMED PRECAUTIONARY LANDING AND MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE TRANSMISSION OIL PRESSURE SWITCH. TRANSMISSION OIL PRESSURE RETURNED TO NORMAL AND WARNING LIGHT DID NOT COME ON. AIRCRAFT WAS REPOSITIONED TO MAINTENANCE FACILITY. TRANSMISSION OIL FILTER WAS PULLED AND NON-FERROUS METALLIC CHIPS WERE FOUND.
DURING MAIN ROTOR TRANSMISSION CHANGE, FOUND THE LT AND RT AIRFRAME TRANSMISSION DECK FITTINGS CRACKED.
FOUND EVIDENCE OF CHAFING ON LOWER EDGE OF FRAME 5, X 4692, Y 2560, Z 317, DURING PRE CLOSE INSPECTION OF AVIONIC BAY. NOTE THAT CURRENT HARDWARE IS IN LINE WITH THE GAP IN-BETWEEN FRAME 5 AND MED WALL AND ONLY CONTACTS IF TRIM IS DEFLECTED BACK WHEN PUSHING ON SNAP OR MED MOUNT INSTALL.
FOUND 2 EACH CRACKS AT STA 2049.5, BL 480 LT AND BL 480 RT. RETAINER AND 2 EACH CRACKS AT FASTENER STA 2049.5 LEFT/RIGHT WL 1150.0, AND 1 CRACK RIGHT HAND DOOR POST AFT EDGE STA 2049.5 EXTENDING FROM WL 1400.0 TO 1402.0, CRACK IS APPROXIMATELY 1.5 INCHES LONG.
DURING A0521 NT, 100 HR TAIL ROTOR INSPECTION, WAS REMOVING THE TAIL ROTOR CROSS HEAD ASSEMBLY & FOUND THE BLADE END PC LINK BEARING CRACKED WITH A CHUNK MISSING FROM THE FLANGE AREA OF THE BEARING, THE SPHERICAL SURFACE WAS INTACT. R & R PC LINK. EXCESSIVE TORQUE WAS NOT NOTED AT REMOVAL.
FOUND CRACKED ENG COWLING ON PREFLIGHT, PORT SIDE OF FWD ENG COWLING AFT EDGE OF ACCESS DOOR OPENING. VERTICAL STIFFENER ALSO FOUND CRACKED WHEN INVESTIGATING FURTHER.
