DURING MAINTENANCE, LEFT RUDDER TORQUE TUBE STABILIZER ROD FOUND CRACKED. REPLACED BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT RUDDER TORQUE TUBE STABILIZER RODS IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 27-21-01.
DIVERTED DUE TO FLAP FAIL AND SPOILER FAULT CAS DURING CLIMB THROUGH 12,000 FT. FOLLOWED QRH; CYCLED FLAPS 3 TIMES WITH X ON FLAP INDICATOR. EXECUTED NO FLAP LANDING WITHOUT INCIDENT AT KMCO. REPLACED # 1 FLIGHT CONTROL ELECTRONIC (FCE) UNIT IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 27-03-01-408. RIGGED IAW AMM 27-50-00-820. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
GROUND SPOILER FAIL ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT. REPLACED FCE 2. OPS CHECKED GOOD. WORK COMPLETED IAW AMM 27-03-01. P/N S/N 0871.
DISCOVERED EMERGENCY LIGHTS REMAIN ON IN ARMED POSITION. REMOVED AND REPLACED FWD EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY, IAW AMM 33-52-01, NO DEFECTS NOTED. P/N OFF/ON: G450LS-00; S/N OFF: 001013; S/N ON: 001023.
PITCH TRIM ACTUATOR LEAKING OIL. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE PITCH TRIM ACTUATOR IAW AMM 27-41-01.
PTRIM NML FAIL AFTER ABOUT 1.5 HOURS AT FL430. PERFORMED WM 27-43-50-13 SHEET 3. NO DEFECTS NOTED. REMOVED AND REPLACED PITCH TRIM ACTUATOR. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD IAW AMM 27-41-00. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
