PER EA 5510-01843, PERFORMED C-SCAN INSPECTION ON LT HORIZONTAL STAB, FOUND CRACK INDICATION AT STA 129.5 17" AFT OF FRONT SPAR 1.0" LONG. CORRECTED TO READ AIRCRAFT 272 REPAIRED LT LOUVER HORIZONTAL STAB PER ECRA 5510-02181.
FA'S REPORTED STRONG SMELL OF ELECTRICAL SMOKE ENTIRE AIRCRAFT AND SLIGHT FOG BY DIVIDER. TURNED ON STERIL LIGHT, BUSS TRANSFE R OFF GALLEY SWITCH OFF AND RECIRC FAN OFF. SMOKE AND FUMES DISSIPATED. T/S AS PER AMM 21-00-00-810-806 AND 05-21-26-200-801C2. FOUND RT RECIRC FAN BEARING FAILURE REF N/R 4271579. CHECKED WIRING IN COCKPIT AND CABIN, CHECKED GOOD. R&R OVERHEAD PANELS AND LAV SHROUDS. ALL CHECKED GOOD. AIRCRAFT IS OK TO CONTINUE.
FOUND BOTH FWD AND AFT OVERWING HATCH EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHTS ON RIGHT SIDE INOP. REMOVED AND REPLACED POWER SUPPLY FOR RT OVERWING HATCHES EMERGENCY LIGHTS IAW AMM 33-51-06. ALSO REPLACED BATTERY PACK FOR POWER SUPPLY. OPS CHECK GOOD, OK TO CONTINUE.
