CREW RECEIVED GND SPLR FAIL AND SPOILER FAIL CAS MESSAGES ON LANDING WHILE BRAKING. REPLACED #2 FCE IAW EMB-505 AMM 27-03-01. RIGGING AND OPS CHECKS GOOD.
DIVERTED DUE TO BLEED 2 FAIL, ANTI ICE INHIBIT, BLEED 1 FAIL, AND CABIN ALT HIGH CAS DURING CLIMB OUT. EMERGENCY DECLARED; NOT ALL PASSENGER OXYGEN MASKS DEPLOYED. CREW FOLLOWED QRH, ONCE BLEED SWITCHES WERE TURNED OFF AND BACK ON, THE BLEED SYSTEM STARTED TO RECOVER AND MESSAGES EVENTUALLY EXTINGUISHED. AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY AT KSLC. REPLACED DAMAGED LEFT PRE-COOLER. REPLACED DAMAGED RIGHT PRE-COOLER. WORK PERFORMED IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 36-11-05. OPS AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD.
DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, DISCOVERED EMERGENCY LIGHTS ILLUMINATED IN THE ARMED POSITION. REMOVED AND REPLACED ALL EMERGENCY BATTERY PACKS. PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPS CHECK. FWD PN 6450LS-00 S/N 000929 AFT PN 6450LS-00 S/N 002496.
DIVERTED DUE TO RIGHT ENGINE VIBE AT FL450. ENGINE ITT TEMP EXCEEDED RED LINE. RECEIVED AN E2 CAS AND NO DISPATCH. RAN CHECKLIST, PULLED RIGHT THROTTLE TO IDLE AND ENGINE STABILIZED. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. TACCOMPLISHED FADEC DOWNLOAD AND DATA INDICATED ON ITT. EXCEEDANCE HAD OCCURED FOR AN EXTENED PERIOD THAT WAS IN EXCESS OF ALLOWABLE PARAMETERS. RECEIVED DIRECTION FROM PRATT + WHITNEY TO REMOVE # 2 ENGINE FROM SERVICE.
AVIONICS FAN FAILED CAS MESSAGE, FOLLOWED BY ELECTRICAL BURNING ODOR. REPLACED THE COOLING FAN. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
