PTRIM NML FAIL AND PTRIM BKP FAIL DURING TESTING. POWER CYCLING THE AIRCRAFT RESET THE ANNUNCIATORS. HOWEVER, ANNUNCIATORS RE-ILLUMINATED UPON RETESTING; PTRIM BKP FAIL TAKES ABOUT 3 SECONDS OF MOVEMENT TO TRIGGER. REPLACED FCE #1 IAW EMB 505 AMM 27-03-01. OPS CHECK GOOD.

REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 FCE, IAW EMB 505 AMM 27-03-01. ALL RII PROCEDURES C/W. OPERATIONS CHECKS GOOD. P/N 462900-1017; S/N 0535.
ON APPROACH TO KPDK DROPPED GEAR AND RECEIVED A LG LEVER DISAGREE CAS. WITHIN 5-10 SECS HEARD A GRINDING NOISE THEN RECEIVED HYD LO PRESS CAS, PUSHER FAIL, BRAKE FAIL, HYD SYSTEM FAULT. LG LEVER DISAGREE WENT AWAY. RAN APPRO QRH, AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. TROUBLESHOT HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FAIL TO CRACKED LINE AS THE NR 2 PUMP PRESSURE LINE AT THE RESERVOIR MANIFOLD. REMOVED LINE ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLED NEW LINE ASSEMBLY. SWEDGED ON NEW FITTINGS (P/N D10021A-06 AND P/N D10007-06), IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 20-10-03. LEAK CHECKS GOOD. REMOVED AND REPLACED HYD SYSTEM FILTERS WITH NEW FILTERS, IAW AMM 29-12-04. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 1 AND NR 2 MAIN WHEEL & TIRE ASSEMBLIES, INSTALLED REPAIRED WHEEL ASSEMBLIES WITH NEW TIRES, IAW 32-45-01 (NR 1 WHEEL P/N DAP00098-02 S/N 5048JE, TIRE P/N 258K63-2, S/N 01810313; NR 2 WHEEL P/N DAP00098-02 S/N 5045DK, TIRE P/N 258K63-2 S/N 01640318). REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LEFT AND RIGHT ENGINE HYD PUMPS WITH OVERHAULED PUMP, IAW AMM 29-12-01.
ON DESCENT, PASSING THROUGH 20,000 FEET WITH FLAPS AT ZERO AND INDICATING ZERO, CREW RECEIVED SWPS FAULT, FLAP FAIL, PTRIM BKP FAIL, AND SPOILER FAULT CAS MESSAGES. CREW RAN QRH CHECKLIST, DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, AND LANDED AT KBHM WITHOUT INCIDENT. FOUND FCE1 FAULT. REPLACED THE NR 1 FCE WITH A REPAIRED FCE, IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 27-03-012. OPERATIONS CHECKS GOOD. P/N 462900-1017; S/N 0451.
DURING DESCENT THROUGH FL260, DEPLOYED FLIGHT SPOILERS, SPOILERS DID NOT DEPLOY AND THE FOLLOWING CAS MESSAGES ILLUMINATED GND SPLR FAIL (AMBER), SPDBRK SW DISAG (WHITE), SPOILER FAULT (WHITE) PERFORMED MULTIFUNCTION SPOILER OPS CHECK, NO FAULTS NOTED IAW EMB505 AMM 27-60-00-710-810-A. PUT THE #1FCE (PN 462900-1017 SN 0422) IN THE NUMBER TWO POSITION AND PUT THE #2 FCE (PN 462900-1017 SN 1078) IN THE NUMBER ONE POSITION. PERFORMED ALL OPS CHECKS AND RIGGING WITH NO FAULTS IAW AMM 27-03-01/400 (SMC) EMERGENCY DECLARED
DIVERTED DUE TO YELLOW X IN THE BOX UNDER SPOILER AND 2 MORE YELLOW X'S OVER PITCH TRIM INDICATOR RANGE AND NUMNERICAL VALUE AT FL430. DURING DECENT AP PITCH MISTRIM CAS MESSAGE APPEARED AND APPROPRIATE CHECK LIST FOLLOWED. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. REPLACED FCE #2 AND PERFORMED RIGGING AND OPS CHECKS.
