DURING TAKEOFF AND INITIAL CLIMB FROM KFMM, THE ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE EXCEEDED ITS MAXIMUM LIMIT OF 107°C, REACHING A PEAK OF 116°C. THE EXCEEDANCE WAS IDENTIFIED SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF, PRIOR TO TRANSITIONING TO CRUISE FLIGHT. UPON OBSERVING THE ABNORMAL TEMPERATURE, I NOTIFIED THE CREW AND STARTED A PROMPT RETURN TO KFMM. THE AIRCRAFT WAS SAFELY LANDED AT THE AIRPORT AND ALL APPROPRIATE PARTIES WERE CONTACTED.
ONE SECTION OF FLOOR EMERGENCY LIGHTS WILL NOT ILLUMINATE. REPLACED FLOOR PROXIMITY ESCAPE PATH LIGHT STRIP 44LN. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
WHILE HAND FLYING AC WITH NO AUTOPILOT ENGAGED, THE AIRCRAFT PITCHED UP WITH NO PILOT INPUT. REPLACED ELEVATOR SERVO. OPS CHECK GOOD. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WITH NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED. (K)
WHILE HAND FLYING AC WITH AUTOPILOT OFF THE AC EXPERIENCED AN UNCOMMANDED PITCH UP OF 5 TO 7 DEGREES. AFTER CORRECTION AND RETRIM THE AC THEN EXPERIENCED AN UNCOMMANDED PITCH DOWN. REPLACED LT ELEVATOR TRIM TAB IB PUSH ROD AND ADJUSTED RT ELEVATOR TRIM TAB IB AND OB PUSH ROD ENDS. OPS CHECK GOOD. AC RETURNED TO SERVICE. (K)
DFW - FLT 3302 - CREW REPORTED ALL EMERGENCY LIGHTS AFT OF ROW 9 TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED A BATTERY PACK IAW SAAB MM. OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD AND AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
DURING TAKEOFF AT ABOUT 110 KNOTS THE AIRCRAFT VEERED HARD TO THE LEFT. TAKEOFF WAS ABORTED AND AIRCRAFT WAS RETUREND TO THE GATE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE POWER BRAKE CONTROL VALVE IAW SAAB MM. OPERATIONAL AND LEAK CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
SJT - FLT 3676 - CREW REPORTED THE EXIT LIGHTS ADJACENT TO OVERWING EMERGENCY EXITS WILL NOT STAY ILLUMINATED DURING TEST. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED POWER SUPPLY UNIT 23LN IAW SAAB MM. OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD AND AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)

DFW - FLT 3895 - CREW REPORTED CABIN PRESSURIZATION LIGHT ON CWP ILLUMINATED AT 10,000 FEET. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED PRESSURE CONTROL PANEL IAW SAAB MM 21-31-00. OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD AND AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
