ON TAKEOFF ROLL, THE LEAD PASSENGERS SEAT BROKE CAUSING PASSENGER TO FALL BACKWARD. SHORTLY AFTER THE CREW WAS NOTIFIED THAT THE FORWARD-FACING MIDDLE SEAT WOULD NOT REMAIN UPRIGHT. THE SEAT DID NOT RESTRICT ANY EMERGENCY EXIT, EGRESS ROUTE, OR MAIN AISLE. AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY AT KSNA WITHOUT INCIDENT. REPLACED L/H FWD MIDDLE FACING SEAT RECLINE ACTUATOR IAW GOODRICH CMM 25-25-68. SEAT RECLINE OPS CHECK GOOD AND SEAT RESTORED TO NORMAL CONFIGURATION.
GND SPLR FAIL CAS ILLUMINATED ON TOUCHDOWN. REPLACED FCE 2. RIGGING AND OPS CHECK GOOD. ALL WORK COMPLETED IAW EMBRAER PHENOM 300 AMM 27-03-01.
PRIOR TO DEPARTURE, CREW DISCOVERED THAT ELEVATOR FEELS THE ELEVATOR FEELS ABNORMALLY HEAVY WITH INTERFERENCE ON THE PILOT SIDE YOKE. REPLACED BEARING ON PILOT SIDE ELEVATOR TORQUE TUBE IN FORWARD FUSELAGE. PILOT YOKE NOW OPERATES SMOOTHLY. WORK COMPLETED IAW EMB 505 AMM 20-10-06. P/N MS27648-29.
DISCOVERED EMERGENCY LIGHTS REMAIN ON WITH SWITCH IN THE ARM POSITION. REMOVED AND REPLACED FORWARD AND AFT EMERGENCY BATTERIES IAW AMM 33-52-01. OPS CHECK GOOD.
AFTER TAKEOFF CREW RECEIVED LANDING GEAR DISAGREE CAS MESSAGE. GEAR DID NOT RETRACT INTO THE WELL. CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND RETURNED SAFELY TO DEPARTURE. THIS IS A REPEAT ISSUE, THE SAME GEAR ISSUE PRESENTED ITSELF ON TAKEOFF ON 13 JUNE 2020. INSPECTED STRUT EXTENSION UPLOCK AND DOWNLOCK SENSORS, WIRING, AND CONNECTORS. INSPECTED UPLOCK BOX, FOUND UPLOCK DRY AND HOOK MOVEMENT STICKING. LUBED UPLOCK AND CYCLED GEAR 15 TIMES WITH NO FAULTS, SWING CHECKS COMPLETED IAW AMM 32-31-00.
AT CRUISE ALTITUDE (FL450) HAD YELLOW X FOR BOTH SPOILER AND PITCH TRIM INDICATIONS. ALSO THE PRIMARY PITCH TRIM WAS INOPERATIVE. WE HAD NO CAS MESSAGES UNTIL AFTER LANDING (SPWS FAULT). TROUBLESHOT SYSTEM. FOUND # 2 FCE TO BE DEFECTIVE. REMOVED AND REPLACED # 2 FCE WITH A TESTED UNIT. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECKS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. ALL WORK PERFORMED WITH REF TO EMB 505 MM 27-03-01 AND 27-60-00 P/N 462900-1017 S/N 0870
AT CRUISE ALTITUDE (FL430) HAD YELLOW X FOR BOTH SPOILER AND PITCH INDICATIONS. ALSO SPWS FAULT CAS MESSAGE, AND MAIN TRIM WAS NOT WORKING. TROUBLESHOT, COMPLIED WITH CMC DOWNLOAD, IASP AND ADS OPS - CHECK OK REMOVED AND REPLACED FCE 2 PER MCC IAW AMM 27-03-01 PERFORMED MULTIFUNCTION SPOILER SYSTEM RIGGING IAW 27-60-00. NO DEFECTS NOTED. P/N 462900-1017 S/N 0889
LEFT ENGINE HAS A RUMBLING VIBRATION WHEN RUNNING. STARTER GENERATOR LUGS AND SURGES DURING START CYCLE. REMOVED AND REPLACED STARTER GENERATOR. WORK WAS DONE IRT 24-81-01. OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD. COMPLIED WITH CMM TASK 05-50-00 FOR UNSCHEDULED GENERATOR CHANGE. NO DEFECTS NOTED. RAN A/C MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO VIBRATION.
