MAINTENANCE VISUALLY EXAMINED THE NR 2 ENGINE EXHAUST AREA AND FOUND OIL PUDDLE AND HEAVY SOOT INSIDE EXHAUST PLUG. IAW AMM 71-00 THIS CONDITION IS DESCRIBED AS A KIND OF CANDLE FIRE PHENOMENA. INSPECTED FLAME ARRESTOR WITH NTF, RAN ENG AT IDLE FOR 20 WITH NO FLAMES NOTED.

DURING FLIGHT AT FL 360, THE PRESSURIZATION AUTO FAIL LIGHT ILLUMINATED. BOTH BLEEDS AND PACKS ON. CABIN DESCENDED 1200 FPM. SELECTED ALT MODE. CABIN STABILIZED AT FL 230. AIRCRAFT DIVERTED. COMPLETED QRH GOING TO MANUAL MODE ON APPROACH. MAINTENANCE FOUND BOTH CABIN PRESSURE CONTROLLERS BITE TEST FAULT FOR THE CABIN OUTFLOW VALVE. REPLACED THE OUTFLOW VALVE IAW AMM 21-31-03-000-801. OPS CHECKED NORMAL, AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.

DURING FLIGHT, FORWARD GALLEY OVEN HAD SMOKE COMING FROM BOTH VENTS WITH DISTINCT ODOR OF ELECTRIC FIRE. OVEN WAS ON BUT NOT HEATING AT THE TIME THEN SHUT ITSELF OFF. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE OVEN .

AT FL 390 AND .77M ATC REQUESTED TO SLOW TO .75M. ALMOST IMMEDIATELY GOT NR 1 LEFT BLEED TRIP. LOST CABIN PRESS CABIN WENT UP TO 12'000 TO 12'200. BEFORE BLEED RESET WORKED AT APPROX 29'000. LEVELED AT FLT 250 AND KEPT AS STABLE AS POSSIBLE. NO FURTHER TRIPS OCCURRED. MTC IN PROGRESS DNTC. REPLACED 390 DEG TEMP SENSOR ON NR 1 ENG PYLON. REPLACED 390 DEG TEMP SENSOR NR 2 ENG PYLON. CKS GOOD PER M/M.
