NO HYDRAULIC LEAKS FOUND. FOUND TAIL CONE AREA DRAIN POINT TOTALLY CLOGGED AND FLUID ACCUMUL ATED ON THE AREA (COMBINATION OF WATER AND DE-ICING) REACHING APU EXHAUST DUCT. DRAIN WAS UNPLUGGED AND ALL FLUID DRAINED. AREA CLEANED. HYDRAULIC & APU OPS ACCOMPLISHED. NO HYDRAULIC LEAKS FOUND AND NO FLUID BURNING VAPORS NOTICED.

PERFORMED ROUTINE SOAK OF AFT GALLEY DOOR SILL DRAINS IN REFERENCE TO AMM 38-31-00. AFTER SEVERAL HOURS AND USING VACUUM TO SUCK AND BLOW AIR THROUGH DRAIN ON OUTSIDE OF AIRCRAFT, NORMAL FLOWRATE WAS RESTORED AND ALL SCENTS WERE ELIMINATED.
