DURING FLIGHT, THE FORWARD GALLEY OVEN BEGAN EMITTING SPARKS AND SMOKE. ACFT DIVERTED. MX FOUND OVEN MOTOR DAMAGED. PULLED AND SECURED OVEN CIRCUIT BREAKER. OVEN REPLACED AND ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING LINE CHECK, MAINTENANCE FOUND THE EMERGENCY ESCAPE PATH LIGHTING BETWEEN ROWS 10 AND 15 TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED FUSES AND RETERMINATED CONNECTOR AND LIGHTS RETURNED TO AN OPERATIONAL CONDITION.

ACCOMPLISH REPAIR AT EACH LOCATION WHERE CORROSION IS FOUND ON THE OUTER SURFACE OF A LUG AROUND THE EDGE OF THE BORE ONLY (I.E. NO CORROSION IN THE BORE). REPAIRS TO BORES/FACES WERE COMPLETED PER B737SRM 57-20-90 REP NR 3.
