A SIMILAR ISSUE OCCURRED EARLIER IN THE DAY AT KMSP, CAUSING A MISSED TURN-OFF. CREW SUSPECTED A BCU MALFUNCTION. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED MAIN BRAKE SYSTEM WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. NO FAULTS OR FAILURES DETECTED. PERFORMED TAXI CHECKS AND HIGH-SPEED TAXI TEST WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. WORK PERFORMED IAW EMB 505 AMM 32-41-00.
PTRIM BKP FAIL OBSERVED DURING TESTING. REPLACED FCE #1 IAW EMBRAER 505 AMM 27-03-01. PERFORMED RIGGING AND OPS CHECKS; ALL CHECKS GOOD.
FLAP FAIL CAS RECEIVED UPON SELECTING FLAP FULL DURING APPROACH. CREW PERFORMED QRH PROCEDURE, REVERTED TO FLAPS 3, AND LANDED SAFELY. ON THE GROUND, THREE ATTEMPTS TO SELECT FLAP FULL TRIGGERED THE FLAP FAIL CAS, AND SELECTING FLAPS 0 INITIALLY FAILED TO RETRACT THE FLAPS WITHOUT A CAS MESSAGE. FLAPS RETRACTED AFTER RECYCLING THE HANDLE. REMOVED FAILED FLAP SELECT LEVER AND FCE #1. INSTALLED REPAIRED FSC AND FCE #1. RIGGED FLAPS AND PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF FLAPS AND RELATED SYSTEMS IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 27-53-00. OPS CHECK SATISFACTORY WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
AIR TURN BACK DUE TO VERY STRONG BURNING SMELL SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF. CREW DECLARED EMERGENCY AND LANDED SAFELY IN KSFB WHERE THEY EXITED 27 - R AND WERE MET BY EMERGENCY SERVICES. PERFORMED OPS CHECK FOR THE SMOKE/ABNORMAL SMELL IN THE CABIN/COCKPIT IAW PHENOM 300 FIM 21-20-00-810-801-A. FOUND ABNORMAL SMELL SOURCE TO BE AIRCRAFT HOT JUG. HOT JUG SHOWED VISUAL SIGNS OF ARCING ON WATER SIDE HEATING ELEMENT. WATER HEATING ELEMENT FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE WHEN PERFORMING HOT JUG OPERATIONAL TEST IAW AMM 25-37-01 AND EO M25-30 DOC #APR5052530-2. REPLACED HOT JUG IAW AMM 25-37-01. HOT JUG CIRCUIT BRAKERS #37 #39 HAVE BEEN ENGAGED.
FCE #2 FAIL. REPLACED #2 FCE IAW EMB 505 AMM 27-03-01. RIGGING AND OPS CHECK GOOD.
WHILE IN CRUISE, PITCH TRIM NORMAL FAIL AND CREW LOST PRIMARY TRIM. CREW FOLLOWED QRH, DISENGAGED AUTOPILOT, AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AT KRKS. REPLACED #2 FCE IAW PHENOM 300 AMM TASK 27-03-01-400-801-A. RIGGING AND OPS CHECKS SATISFACTORY.
DIVERTED DUE TO CREW REPORT OF ELECTRICAL SMELL ACCOMPANIED BY A #2 GIA FAIL AND ASSOCIATED CAS MESSAGES AT FL450. EMERGENCY DECLARED. NO SMOKE NOTED. EMERGENCY DESCENT NOT PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AT KORF. AFTER LANDING, THE CREW RECEIVED A WOW CAS. REMOVED AND REPLACED #2 GIA (P/N 011-01105-40) IAW EMB-505 AMM 31-41-05. OPS CHECK GOOD.
NR 2 GENERATOR SPIKED TO 990 AMPS, SHED AIR CONDITIONER, AMPS WENT TO 100, AFTER 3 MINUTES THE GENERATOR SPIKED TO 990 AMPS, SHED THE RT WINDSCREEN, AMPS WENT TO 90 AMPS. AFTER 30 MINS CLOSE TO LANDING, AMPS SPIKED TO 800 AMPS, SHED THE RT GENERATOR, AMPS STAYED AT ABOUT 700 AMPS. AFTER 2 - 3 MINUTES, SHUT DOWN RIGHT ENGINE. WITH RIGHT ENGINE OFF AMPS SHOWED 675 AMPS. TROUBLESHOT TO AND REPLACED GEA 2 WITH AN OVERHAULED GEA IAW MM 31-41-03. LEADED SOFTWARE AND CONFIGURATION TO GEA 2 IAW MM 31-41-03. OPS CHECKED GOOD. VERIFIED CORRECT AMP DATA ON BOTH ENGINES WHILE RUNNING AND AFTER SHUT DOWN IAW MM 24-31-00.
