PRIOR TO THE DEPARTURE, CREW RECEIVED SWPS FAULT, PTRIM NML FAIL, GND SPLR FAIL CAS MESSAGES. YELLOW X APPEARED OVER SPOILER AND PITCH TRIM ON MFD. REPLACED FCE #2 IAW EMB-505 AMM 27-60-00. RIGGING AND OPS CHECKS GOOD.
AP FAIL CAS FOLLOWED BY SWPS FAULT, FLAP FAIL, PTRIM BKP FAIL, AND SPOILER FAULT CAS ILLUMINATED WHILE CRUISING AT FL450. CREW FOLLOWED THE QRH AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. DURING DESCENT, THE SPEED TAPE DISPLAYED A CONTINUOUS MAX SPEED CAUTION UNTIL 3000 FT DESPITE LOWER SPEEDS, AND THE FLAPS AND PITCH INDICATOR SHOWED YELLOW XâS. REPLACED FCE 1 IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 27-03-01. RIGGED UNIT AND OPS CHECKS OF FLAPS, PITCH TRIM, AND PRESSURIZATION SYSTEMS SATISFACTORY WITH NO DEFECTS FOUND.
FLAPS FAIL CAS ON RUNUP. PERFORMED 10 MIN POWER OFF RESET. CYCLED FLAPS, FLAPS FAIL AT 2 AND WILL NOT GO UP OR DOWN. REPLACED FCE 1 IAW EMB 505 AMM 27-03-01. PERFORMED A FLAP SYSTEM RIGGING IAW 27-50-00 AND COMPLETED A SATISFACTORY FLAP OPS TEST.
DURING FLIGHT, SWPS FAULT, FLAP FAIL, PTRIM BKP FAIL, SPOILER FAULT CAS. AIRCRAFT LANDED AT DESTINATION WITHOUT INCIDENT. REPLACED FCE #1. PERFORMED FLAP RIGGING AND OPS CHECK OF SPOILERS, PITCH TRIM AND FLAPS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. WORK PERFORMED IAW EMB 550 AMM 27-03-01.
LIGHT BURNING SMELL IN THE CABIN IN FLIGHT. APPLIED AIRCRAFT WITH EXTENDED POWER FOR EXTENDED PERIOD WITH AND WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING. INSPECTED BATTERY TERMINALS. PERFORMED ENGINE RUNS IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 71-00-00. NO SMELLS NOTED IN CABIN, COCKPIT, CARGO, AND NOSE BAGGAGE. THERE IS NO COMPONENT THAT CAUSED A BURNING SMELL
DISCOVERED EMERGENCY LIGHTS ILLUMINATE UPON LANDING, WILL NOT CLEAR. REPLACED NR 1 AND NR 2 EMERGENCY BATTS IAW EMB 300 AMM 33-52-01. OPS CHECK GOOD. NR 1 PN 6450LS-00; SN 000758. NR 2 PN 6450LS-00; SN 001672.
GO AROUND DUE TO LG LEVER DISAG CAS WHEN EXTENDING THE LANDING GEAR INTO KDAL. CREW CYCLED THE GEAR SEVERAL TIMES BUT NOSE GEAR WOULD NOT RELEASE. CREW DECLARED EMERGENCY, FOLLOWED QRH PROCEDURES, PULLED THE EMERGENCY GEAR RELEASE HANDLE, AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AT KDAL. REMOVED AND REPLACED NLG UPLOCK BOX OPS CHECK GOOD IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 32-31-05. PN 2617-1000-403 SN 01504.
DISCOVERED EMERGENCY LIGHTS REMAIN ON IN ARMED POSITION. REMOVED AND REPLACED FWD AND AFT EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERIES, IAW EMB 505 AMM 33-52-00. OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD. FWD P/N 6450LS-00; S/N 001269. AFT P/N 6450LS-00; S/N 001740.
