THE TRANSMISSION SUPPORT FRAME, PN 350A21-1041-143 HAS CHAFING DAMAGE ON THE LOWER FLANGE, FROM AN UNSECURED CABLE, PN 704A34-1302-23. PN 350A38-1040-20 ATTACHES TO PN 350A21-1041-143.
INTERMITTENT FIRE LIGHT ON FINAL APPROACH. PILOT REPORTED THAT AS HE WAS LANDING THE FIRE LIGHT WOULD FLICKER. AT NO TIME DID THE LIGHT COME ON & STAY ON.
PILOT FOUND HYD HOSE LEAKING ON LANDING, REPLACED HYD HOSE. LEAK CHECKED GOOD. AFTER 1+44 HR FLIGHT ON 03/18/2013 FOUND FLUID ON NEW HOSE.
PILOT REPORTED A LOSS OF NR INDICATION DURING FLIGHT. PILOT ELECTED TO MAKE A PRECAUTINARY LANDING. TECH WAS DISPATCHED BUT DUE TO THE LOCATION AND SECURITY OF THE ACFT, ELECTED TO HAVE THE ACFT TRANSPORTED TO THE MX FACILITY FOR FURTHER TROUBLESHOOTING. THE TECH REMOVED THE NR SENSOR AND VERIFIED THAT THE OHM VALUE WAS NOT READING AS REQUIRED.
AMBER GOV LIGHT WAS DETECTED PRIOR TO ACFT LANDING AT BASE. TECH DOWNLOADED VEMD FAIL CODE OF 120 FOR YAW POTENTIOMETER. FOUND YAW POTENTIOMETER SEETINGS ON THE HIGH SIDE OF 53.5 PERCENT. ADJUSTED POTENTIOMETER TO 52.5, AND PERFORMED OPS CHECKS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. ALL WORK WAS PERFORMED IAW CURRENT MET. 76.00.00.502.
