WEAR DAMAGE WAS NOTED ON THE ST1790.15 CENTER FRAME (PN: 350A21-4294) MEASURING 0.5â IN LENGTH AND 0.07â DEEP.
DURING MAINTENANCE, A CRACK WAS FOUND IN THE WEB (PN: 350A21-4002-21) LOCATED NEXT TO THE SUPPORT ANGLE AT STA 845 AND OUTBOARD OF RBL 673.5.
CRACK DAMAGE WAS NOTED ON THE RIGHT-HAND SIDE OF THE CABIN FLOOR, NEAR THE DOOR POST IN THE AREA OF THE DOOR STRUT FITTING, SPECIFICALLY THE FLOOR P/N: 350A21-0700-20 AND FLOOR EDGING P/N: 350A21-0722-20.
DURING REINSTALLATION OF MEDICAL INTERIOR, CRACK WAS NOTED ON CABIN FLOOR WHERE FRONT OTBD SCREW SECURES MEDICAL FLOOR TO CABIN FLOOR.
DURING CRUISE, PILOT HAD A VEMD OVERLIMIT INDICATION, WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE A FALSE INDICATION OF THE GENERATOR.
DURING CRUISE, ODOR OF JET FUEL WAS NOTICED. DURING THE FIRST AND SECOND LEG OF THE FLIGHT NO FUMES WERE NOTED IN THE CABIN. THE FUMES WERE FAINT INITIALLY, BUT NOTICED THAT THE FUMES WERE TO BECOME MORE PUNGENT.
BIRD STRIKE IN FLIGHT, CAUSED 8" CRACK TO COMPOSITE NOSE AREA OF ACFT ON PILOT SIDE BETWEEN PILOT WINDSHIELD AND CENTER WINDSHIELD.
