ON APPROACH TO KAUS AT 5,000 FEET THE 'BAGGAGE SMOKE' LIGHT ILLUMINATED. POWER WAS SET AT ABOUT 85% TO MAINTAIN ALTITUDE AND ABOUT 210KTS. AT THIS POINT THE CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY & REDUCED POWER TO START DESCENDING SLOWING FOR APPROACH. AIRPLANE WAS LOOKED OVER, PARKED NORMALLY. THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF A FIRE/SMOKE & NO ODOR WAS PRESENT UPON LANDING.
AIRCRAFT TOOK OFF FROM KCRQ TO KSLC, AFTER APPROXIMATELY HALF AN HOUR INTO THE FLIGHT AT FL390 & CRUISE, CREW NOTICED L/E OIL PRESSURE INDICATOR CONSISTENTLY FLUCTUATES BETWEEN RED & GREEN, BUT NO ANNUNCIATOR MASTER CAUTION FLASHED. CREW FOLLOWED QRH & WAS ABLE TO CONTINUE WITHOUT ANY FURTHER ISSUES.
AT LEVEL FLIGHT CREW NOTICED THE RIGHT ENGINE OIL LOW PRESSURE ILLUMINATED, FOLLOWED BY A LOSS OF N1 AND SUBSEQUENT AMBER LIGHTS INDICATED FOR GEN FAILURE AND HYDRAULIC LOW. CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AS HAD LOST POWER FROM THE RIGHT ENGINE, THEN STARTED A DECENT AND WENT THROUGH THE APPROPRIATE CHECKLISTS. R/E STILL HAD N1 & N2 ROTATION, CREW WAS ABLE TO RESTART THE ENGINE, THE ENGINE THEN INDICATED NORMAL ACROSS ALL GAUGES. THEREFORE THE CREW CONTINUED ONTO ITS DESTINATION OF KCRQ. AFTER CESSNA PERFORMED A FADEC DOWNLOAD & SENT IT TO WILLIAMS, WILLIAMS RECOMMENDED TO REPLACE THE FUEL DELIVERY UNIT.
BEFORE TAKE-OFF AT JAC, CREW PERFORMED BEFORE TAKE OFF CHECK LIST. RT TT2/PT2 SENSOR HEATER FAIL LIGHT CAME ON & STAYED ILLUMINATED. CREW RETURNED TO FBO.
15 MINUTES PRIOR TO LANDING, CREW NOTICED AN UNCOMMANDED PARTIAL SPEED BRAKES DEPLOYMENT. CREW PROCEEDED WITH CHECK LIST, COULD NOT GET SPEED BRAKES STOWED. LANDED SAFELY WITHOUT ANY ISSUES. AFTER LANDING, SPEED BRAKES WERE STILL PARTIALLY DEPLOYED.
AIRCRAFT WAS TAXIING (TRIP FROM KCRQ TO KSDL), CREW NOTICED THAT RT ENGINE STATER GENERATOR FAILED VOLT/AMP. CREW RESET GENERATOR ISSUE STAYED. CREW DECIDED TO RETURN TO FBO AT KCRQ.
