ON LANDING ROLL OUT THE ACFT SUFFERED AN UNCOMMANDED STEERING INPUT, THE ACFT EXITED THE RUNWAY AND WAS HEAVILY DAMAGED. SUBSEQUENT TESTING POINTS TO A FAILURE OF THE RECENTLY O/H STEERING MANIFOLD.
