DISCOVERED EMERGENCY LIGHTS REMAIN ON IN ARMED POSITION. REMOVED FWD AND AFT EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER SUPPLIES AND INSTALLED INSPECTED POWER SUPPLIES, IAW EMB 550 AMM 33-51-01. OPERATIONS CHECKS GOOD. P/N 6450LS-00 S/N FWD 001112 S/N AFT 002481.
ON INITIAL WALK-AROUND INSPECTION FOUND FORWARD NOSE GEAR DOOR ON THE LEFT SIDE HANGING OPEN. UPON CLOSER INSPECTION, FOUND UPLOCK BRACKET BROKEN. REPLACED UPLOCK BRACKET IAW SRM 51-43-01. REMOVED UPLOCK MECHANISM FROM OLD BRACKET AND INSTALLED ON NEW BRACKET IAW AMM 32-22-06.
BOTH DOOR CARGO OPEN, DOOR LG OPEN AMBER CAS DISPLAYED SIMULTANEOUSLY. THE LG DOORS OPENED PARTIALLY & CLOSED WITH THE CAS. R&R LT AND RT LANDING GEAR AND HYDRAULICS CONTROL UNIT (LGHCU). ALL OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.
V-STAB TOP FAIRING PAINT AND HONEYCOMB STRUCTURE IS PEELING AND ERODING. THIS SDR TO BE UPDATED UPON COMPLETION OF THE CORRECTIVE ACTION.
V-STAB TOP FAIRING PAINT AND HONEYCOMB STRUCTURE IS PEELING AND ERODING. THIS SDR TO BE UPDATED UPON COMPLETION OF THE CORRECTIVE ACTION. REMOVED AND REPLACED V-STAB TOP AFT FAIRING ASSY AS REQUIRED REMOVED AND REPLACED LIGHT ASSY WITH NEW AS REQUIRED PERFORMED SATISFACTORY CHECKS OF ALL LIGHTS.
RIGHT BRAKE FAULT & LEFT BRAKE FAULT ILLUMINATED DURING APPROACH. LEFT BRAKE FELT NORMAL AND RIGHT BRAKE FELT DEGRADED DURING LANDING ROLL OUT. R & R THE LT OBD BRAKE SHUTOFF VALVE. LEAK AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.
AIRCRAFT FAILED TO PRESSURIZE AFTER TAKEOFF. PASSENGER OXYGEN MASKS DROPPED AND CREW RAN THE EMERGENCY CHECKLIST. DIVERTED AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. REPLACED PSC UNIT. GROUND AND MVF OPS CHECKED GOOD.
THE PILOT REPORTED THAT ABOUT 3 TO 4 MILES OUT WHEN THE INDICATION APPEARED. DIDN'T DISCHARGE A BOTTLE OR SHUT DOWN THE ENGINE. AFTER CLEARING THE RUNWAY, THE INDICATION EXTINGUISHED ABOUT 1 MINUTE AFTER THE ENGINE WAS SHUT DOWN. AFTER DEPLANING THEY SAW HYD FLUID DRIPPING FROM THE COWLING. DIDN'T GET A HYD PUMP FAILURE INDICATION, BUT HE DID GET A HYD. LOW CAS SHORTLY AFTER LANDING. ENGINE REMOVED DUE TO HEAT GENERATED. EVIDENCE OF MELTING OF CABLE CLAMPS AND WIRING HARNESS AT STARTER/GENERATOR. MAINTENANCE SUSPECTS A PINHOLE IN A HYD LET A FINE MIST SPRAY OF FLUID AGAINST THE AREA. THIS IGNITED AND CAUSED A FIRE WHICH MELTED THE COMPONENTS. INVESTIGATION IS ON-GOING.
AFTER TAKEOFF CREW HEARD LOUD "BANG" FOLLOWED BY BUFFETING OF AIRCRAFT, AIRCRAFT CONTROL AFFECTED. ON LANDING, CREW OBSERVED ENGINE COWLING ON RT ENGINE HAD COME OFF FROM TOP/INBOARD FASTENING POSITION AND HAD BEAT ITSELF AGAINST FUSELAGE. DETERMINED THAT MX PERSONNEL FROM PREVIOUS EVENT HAD FAILED TO PROPERLY FASTEN 16 CAMLOCS AT AFFECTED POSITION. QC INADEQUATE. LOCAL FSDO HAS TAKEN APPROPRIATE ACTION AGAINST FACILITY INVOLVED.
