ALSO PANEL HAS CORROSION ALONG TOP EDGE WORST SPOT IS 1â HOLE THRU SKIN AT BOOM STATION 74.
AT SHIFT CHANGE, DURING PRE-FLIGHT OF ACFT NOTED A CRACK IN SKIN ON RT SIDE OF VERTICAL FIN IN THE SHAPE OF A BACKWARD C OF ABOUT 5 INCHES, AFTER MEASUREMENT POSSIBLY THROUGH 2 RIVET LOCATIONS.
CRACK IN OIL COOLER MOUNT FRAME, BRACKET AND DOUBLER THAT HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED.
CRACK IN TAIL BOOM SKIN AND DOUBLER AT RT TAIL ROTOR FLOOD LIGHT. TAIL ROTOR FLOOD LIGHTS WERE INSTALLED ON FAA FORM 337, DATED 6 APRIL 1988.
TAILBOOM BULKHEAD AT BOOM STA 164.23 CRACKED AT LOWER RT STR, LOWER RT LONGERON (2), LOWER LT LONGERON (2)AND UPPER LT LONGERON.
TAILBOOM BULKHEAD AT BOOM STA 122.33 CRACKED AT INTERSECTIONS OF RT STRINGERS (2) AND LT LOWER LONGERON.
TAILBOOM RIB AT BOOM STA 138 CRACKED 1.05" AT TOP.
RECEIVED A MASTER CAUTION LIGHT WITH AN ASSOCIATED HYD CAUTION LIGHT. NR 2 HYD PRESSURE GAUGE INDICATED 0 PRESSURE. REFERRED TO CHECKLIST AND MANEUVERED ACFT FOR LANDING. AFTER COMPLETING ALL IMMEDIATE ACTION AND CHECKLIST STEPS, WEATHER, TERRAIN AND DISTANCE TO NEAREST FACILITY CONSIDERED, WE PERFORMED A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING AND NOTIFIED MX AND MANAGEMENT. MX WAS ABLE TO IDENTIFY THAT A HYDRAULIC LINE ASSY HAD A SLOW LEAK, DEPLETING HYD SYSTEM TO APPROXIMATELY 3/4 QUART. SYSTEM FELL OFFLINE. TORQUED LINE ASSY AND RESERVICED SYS. GROUND RUN FOR 30 MINUTES, OPS CHECKED & LEAK CHECKED, FOUND SERVICEABLE.
