AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AT KCHS. WHILE TAXIING IN, ENG 1 OIL CHIP DETECT CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED. INSPECTED GEARBOX. REPLACED #1 GENERATOR. OPS AND LEAK CHECK NORMAL. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW EMB 545 AMM 24-31-01 AND HONEYWELL AS907-3-1E LMM 72-61-01.

DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, DISCOVERED EMERGENCY LIGHT NOT ARMED AMBER CAS DISPLAYS WHEN EMERGENCY LIGHT SWITCH IS IN THE ARMED POSITION. REPLACED BOTH EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER SUPPLIES WITH INSPECTED UNITS. OPS CHECK GOOD. NR 1 PN ON: 6450LS-00; SN ON: 001040. NR 2 PN ON: 6450LS-00; SN ON: 002187.
V-STAB TOP FAIRING PAINT AND HONEYCOMB STRUCTURE IS PEELING AND ERODING, THIS SDR TO BE UPDATED UPON COMPLETION OF THE CORRECTIVE ACTION. REMOVED AND REPLACED VERT STAB AFT UPPER FAIRING REF AMM 55-32-31. DUE TO WATER INTRUSION. AFT RED BEACON WAS ALSO REPLACED REF.

RED CAS STAB OVERHEAT, BURNING SMELL IN CABIN. CREW ADVISED THE RED (STAB OVHT) CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED WITH CWP AND TRIPLE CHIME DURING CLIMB THROUGH FL 30.0. THE THRUST LEVERS WERE JUST BELOW MCR, 82% N1 AND -29 TEMP. CREW SELECTED ANTIICE *OFF* AND PULLED POWER BACK. THE CAS MESSAGE EXTINGUISHED. CREW SELECTED ANTI-ICE BACK *ON* 2 MINUTES LATER AND CAS MESSAGE DID NOT RETURN. PER FSR RECOMMENDATIONS AND T/S, REPLACED THE P-40 RELAY PANEL. OPS CHECKS PERFORMED, NO DEFECTS NOTED.
NOSE GEAR REMAINED UP ON FIRST 4 CYCLES OF THE GEAR HANDLE THEN LOWERED NORMALLY ON 5TH ATTEMPT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LANDING GEAR CONTROL VALVE. OPS CHECK NORMAL. NO DEFECTS NOTED AND NO RE-OCCURRENCE
DURING OUT GOING INSPECTION FOUND ONE SET SCREW MISSING AND ONE SET SCREW LOOSE ON RIGHT MAIN LANDING GER OUT BOARD SQUAT SWITCH SWING ARM. PROBABLE CAUSE: THE SCREWS VIBRATED LOOSE. RECOMMEND THAT AN INSPECTION FOR LANDING GEAR SQUAT SWITCH BE ADDED TO THE 300 HOUR INSPECTION; ALSO A STEP BE ADDED TO MM TO APPLY LOCTITE TO THE TWO SET SCREWS DURING INSTALLATION.
