PRECAUTIONARY LANDING MADE DUE TO GRINDING NOISE & VIBRATION IN COCKPIT. PMA FOUND TO BE FAULTY
TRANSMISSION CHIP LIGHT ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT.
IN FLIGHT, THE TRANSMISSION CHIP CAUTION ILLUMINATED. INSPECTED CHIP DETECTOR, DEBRIS FOUND, DETERMINED TO BE INSIGNIFICANT IAW MM 63, NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED. AIRCRAFT WAS GROUND RUN FOR 10 MIN,THEN OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT FOR 30+ MIN. COULD NOT DUPLICATED DISCREPANCY, AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. UPON RETURN TO HANGAR A TRANSMISSION OIL AND FILTER CHANGE WAS PERFORMED IAW MM 63 & 12. THIS AIRCRAFT REMAINS OUT OF SERVICE AT THIS TIME, UPON RECOMMENDATION FROM MANUFACTURER TO REMOVE TRANSMISSION, AND SEND TO THEM FOR A THOROUGH INSPECTION.

AN OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT FOR 30 PLUS MINUTES WAS ALSO COMPLETED. COULD NOT DUPLICATED DISCREPANCY,AND AIRCRAFT WAS THEN RETURNED TO SERVICE.
IN FLIGHT THE XMSN CHIP CAUTION ILLUMINATED. INSPECTED CHIP DETECTOR, DEBRIS FOUND DETERMINED TO BE INSIGNIFICANT AS PER MM CH 63, NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED. AIRCRAFT WAS GROUND RUN FOR 10 MIN. COULD NOT DUPLICATED DISCREPANCY, AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE AND FLOWN BACK TO BASE WITHOUT INCIDENT.
DURING REPAIR OF TAIL ROTOR YOKE, BEARING BORES WERE FOUND TO BE OUT OF ACCEPTABLE LIMITS. YOKE WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED.
SJU - ON LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR, THE SPACER ABOVE THE SWINGING LEVER IS CRACKED. DISCREPANCY FOUND DURING PERFORMANCE OF FCD E2-32-004, VISUAL INSPECTION OF LANDING GEAR SWINGING LEVER SPACER. PART REPLACED, BEFORE NEXT SCHEDULED FLIGHT. (X)
