DURING FLIGHT PREPARATION, WITH APU ONLY RUNNING, GOT A "BLEED 2 LEAK" CAS MESSAGE. RESET SYSTEM, MESSAGE WENT AWAY MOMENTARILY, THEN CAME BACK IN ABOUT 5 MINUTES. LARGE AMOUNT OF AIR NOISE HEARD IN REAR BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT, WHICH STOPPED AT THE SAME TIME THE "BLEED 2 LEAK" MESSAGE RETURNED. DISCOVERED ENGINE / APU TUBE ASSY DUCT (P/N 550-18516-407) CRACKED. POSSIBLE HIDDEN FAILURE.
DISCOVERED EMERGENCY LIGHTS REMAIN ON IN ARMED POSITION. REPLACED FWD EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY, IAW EMB 505 AMM 33-51-01. P/N OFF/ON: 645015-00, S/N OFF: 002005, S/N ON: 002053. INSTALLED BATTERY HAS BEEN TESTED BY RADIANT POWER CORP, CRS NR W9PR345Y, UNDER W/O 103711-00, DATED 11/02/2020. BATTERY MFG DATE: 04/25/2018, CAP CHECK DATE: 10/29/2020. OPERATIONS CHECK GOOD AND NO CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED WITH SWITCH IN ARM POSITION.

VERTICAL STABILIZER TIP CAP (BULLET) PAINT DAMAGED, BLISTERING + PEELING. THIS SDR TO BE UPDATED UPON COMPLETION OF THE CORRECTIVE ACTION.

COFFEE MAKER WILL NOT HEAT OR BREW. FOUND WIRING BEHIND COFFEE MAKER BURNT. REPAIRED PER 20-84-57. CONNECTOR TO COFFEE HAS BEEN REMOVED, BAGGED, AND STOWED. TERMINAL BLOCK IS ORDERED. REMOVED AND REPLACED TERMINAL BLOCK, REPAIRED WIRING, AND PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL TEST.
DURING 600 HOUR INSPECTION OF THE STARTER/GENERATOR SPLINE ADAPTOR IT WAS FOUND TO BE WORN ON OUTSIDE SPLINE.
DURING 600 HOUR INSPECTION OF THE ALTERNATOR SPLINE ADAPTER, DISCOVERED ADAPTER TO BE CRACKED IN FOUR LOCATIONS. PROBABLE CAUSE, FATIGUE. (2003B0665)
