INNER SHIELD WOULD NOT RING ON PIN 89 OF THE ANTENNA CONNECTOR. OPENED CONNECTOR AND FOUND DRAIN WIRE INCORRECTLY TERMINATED ON WIRE. (STRIPPED END WAS PUSHED PAST SOLDER SLEEEVE).
