PILOT REPORTED PRECAUTIONARY LANDING AT ALBUQUERQUE DOUBLE EAGLE AIRPORT DUE TO A ZERO FUEL PRESSURE INDICATION WHILE IN FLIGHT. AFTER RESPONDING ALSO DISCOVERED THERE WAS AN EXCEEDANCE ON THE MGT RECORDED AT 798 FOR 15 SECONDS WHICH WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL INSPECTIONS. REPLACED FUEL PRESSURE TRANSDUCER (PN: 222-325-077-115) & REPLACED FUEL PRESSURE INDICATOR (PN: 407-375-007-105). ALSO PERFORMED INSPECTION ON ENGINE COMBUSTION SECTION AND FOUND EVERYTHING TO BE WITHIN LIMITS.
SUSPECTED BULKHEAD TO BE CRACKED NEAR UPPER RH BOLT HOLE. COULD SEE AN ANOMALY WITH A BORESCOPE, BUT COULD NOT VERIFY TILL THE TAILBOOM WAS PULLED. CRACK WAS THEN VERIFIED.
INLET BARRIER FILTER LIGHT ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT BY PILOT 18926. PROBLEM DETERMINED TO BE DUE TO A PARTIALLY CLOGGED FILTER. PILOT RETURNED TO BASE AFTER SEEING THE AFS FILTER LIGHT DURING HIGH POWER SETTINGS. LIGHT EXTINGUISHED AFTER POWER WAS REDUCED. INSPECTED FILTER, COMPRESSOR INLET, FILTER MAINTENANCE AID, AND DELTA P SWITCH IAW AFS STC SR9368RC. FUNCTION CHECKED OK AFTER SERVICEABLE AFS INLET BARRIER FILTER WAS INSTALLED. UNABLE TO FILL IN SECTIONS 5 AND 6 WITHOUT GETTING ERRORS. DURING RETURN FLIGHT TO BASE, CREW SMELLED A HOT BRAKE BURNING SMELL, THEN IT QUICKLY DISSIPATED. NO OTHER INDICATIONS WERE NOTED. PILOT SEEMED TO FEEL A LIGHT AMOUNT OF RESISTANCE ON CYCLIC CONTROL. LANDED BACK AT BASE WITH NO ISSUE AND CALLED MECHANIC TO PERFORM INSPECTION. NO PHYSICAL PROBLEMS WERE FOUND AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE ON GROUND RUN.
DURING CRUISE FLIGHT PILOT NOTICED THAT THE ENGINE OIL PRESSURE INDICATION DROPPED TO ZERO. PILOT MADE AN UNSCHEDULED LANDING WITH A PATIENT ON BOARD.
CREW NOTICED FUEL SMELL IN COCKPIT. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO BASE AND FUEL CAP WAS RESEATED AND SMELL COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED ON NEXT RUN. THEN AIRCRAFT WAS FLOWN TO A MAINTENANCE FACILITY WITH NO FUEL SMELL IN FLIGHT, BUT DURING OTHER MAINTENANCE THE FUEL VENT LINES WERE INSPECTED AND FOUND TO BE IN NEED OF REPLACEMENT. P/N: 70-061J300W360A & 70-061L000T826A. AMC SDR CONTROL ID # QMLA2021121420065.
WHILE PERFORMING 13-5310-EO-212, AD 2015-05-04 - AFT FUSELAGE UPPER LT SKIN AND LONGERON - REPETITIVE INSPECTION; A CRACK WAS FOUND IN THE O/B ATTACH FITTING/DOUBLER (BEST GUESS IS P/N 206-033-306-036), WHERE THE L/H UPPER LONGERON ATTACHES TO THE BULKHEAD STATION 204.92. THE I/B SIDE OF THE LONGERON IS EXPOSED AND SHOWS NO SIGNS OF A CRACK. IT APPEARS TO BE LIMITED TO THE ATTACH/DOUBLER FITTING; GOING THROUGH THE FORWARD LOWER RIVET AND EXTENDING UP.
