DIVERTED DUE TO BLEED 1 FAIL CAS MESSAGE AND BLEED 2 CAS FAIL CAS MESSAGE DURING CRUISE. CREW USED OXYGEN MASKS, PERFORMED EMERGENCY DESCENT TO 10,000 FT, AND COORDINATED WITH ATC. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AT TJSJ. TROUBLESHOT SYSTEM AND SUBMITTED IMS AND FDR FILES FOR REVIEW. RESULTS INDICATE THAT BLEED 1 BUTTON WAS INADVERTENTLY PRESSED CAUSING BOTH SYSTEMS TO FAIL. PERFORMED PNEUMATIC SYSTEM OPERATIONAL TEST. OPS CHECK GOOD IAW EMB 550 AMM 36-00-00-71-0801-A NO DEFECTS NOTED.
LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT EXT IN NORMAL OR AUX MODE, REQUIRED FREE FALL TO EXT AND LOCK. PLACED AIRCRAFT ON JACKS, PERFORMED A PRELIMINARY INSPECTION OF BOTH LT AND RT MAIN GEAR WELLS FOUND CONNECTOR S97P1 FOUND LT DOOR SWITCH 1/2 TURN BACKED OFF. RESEATED CONNECTOR. TECHS FOUND THE LT GEAR DOOR ACTUATOR SWITCH BAD. REPLACED LEFT AND RIGHT MAIN GEAR DOOR ACTUATORS. OPS CHECK NORMAL.
DURING POST DOCK RUNS THE RUDDER BOOST EICAS LIGHT ILLUMINATED. INSPECTION/TROUBLE SHOOTING FOUND WIRING HARNESS CHAFED THROUGH THE POWER LINES. PROBABLE CAUSE: ROUTING THROUGH LIGHTING HOLE WITHOUT CHAFE PROTECTION AT TIME OF MANUFACTURE.
