DURING SLIDE TEST DEPLOYMENT DOOR 2LH SLIDE INFLATION WAS NOT COMPLETE, SIDE WALLS WERE NOT FULL AND 5 OUT OF 6 POSTS DID NOT INFLATE. EVERYTIME A SLIDE DEFECT IS FOUND DURING THE MAINTENANCE OF SLIDE IN THE SHOP, A SHOP SDR IS ISSUED. HOWEVER DURING THE OVERHUAL OF THIS UNIT AFTER THIS SDR INCIDENT, THERE WAS NO SHOP SDR REPORTED TO SHOW ABNORMAL CONDITION OF THE SLIDE/RAFT. SEVERAL PROBABLE CAUSES COULD RESULT IN UNDER INFLATION. IT COULD BE DUE TO LOW BOTTLE PRESSURE BEFORE DEPLOYMENT OR PERHAPS THE ASPIRATOR MALFUNCTIONED OR MAYBE ASPIRATOR WAS PARTIALLY BLOCKED BY A FOREIGN OBJECT ON THE AIRCRAFT. NOT ENOUGH DATA TO PINPOINT THE PROBABLE CAUSE.

DURING FIRST HEAVY MAINT VISIT (HMV-1), ALL COACH SEATS IN PAX CABIN WERE FOUND WITH CRACKED SEAT PANS AT FWD ATTACH HOLES FOR SEAT PAN. THESE ARE RECARO 720 SERIES SEATS INSTALLED IN A320232. SEAT MFG DESIGNATES THE SEAT PAN AS PRIMARY STRUCTURE FOR SEAT. SEAT PANS ARE BEING REPLACED WITH NEW SEAT PANS WITH SAME DESIGN. THESE SEAT PANS WILL CRACK IN SAME PLACES DURING THEIR SERVICE LIFE. SUBMITTER STATED AD SHOULD BE ISSUED TO INSPECT THESE SEAT PANS FOR CRACKS EACH 90 DAYS, AND FOR REMOVAL FROM SERVICE OF ANY SEAT PANS THAT ARE CRACKED. THERE ARE 132 OF THESE SEAT PANS ON ACFT. THIS IS 8TH CONSECUTIVE A320232 THAT HAS EXHIBITED A 100 PERCENT FAILURE RATE OF THESE SEAT PANS THAT EQUALS 1,056 FAILURES.

NOSE LANDING GEAR FAILED TO RETRACT. *S/D* NLG SHOCK ABSORBER WAS UNDER SERVICED RESULTING IN A PARTIAL COMPRESSION NEAR END OF RETRACTION CYCLE. THIS ACTION CAUSED THE S/A EXTENDED PROXIMITY SENSORS TO MOVE OUT OF POSITION RESULTING IN THE LGCIU COMMANDING THE NOSE GEAR TO EXTEND. REPLACED SHOCK ABSORBER AND FOUND DYNAMIC SEAL DAMAGED FOLLOWING DISASSEMBLY.
