AFTER TAKEOFF, COULD HEAR AN AIR NOISE COMING FROM CABIN. CABIN ALTITUDE WAS CLIMBING EXCESSIVELY. CYAN DOOR PAX SEAL FAIL CAS MESSAGE. LEVELED OFF AT 12000 FT AND PERFROM THE CABIN ALTITUDE HIGH CHECKLIST AND PRESSING THE CABIN DUMP BUTTON. PER OMS DOWNLOAD REPORT, PERFORMED FIM 36-16-00, NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED, CAS MESSAGE NOT ILLUMINATED. REMOVED, INSPECTED, AND REINSTALLED MAIN DOOR PRESSURIZED SEAL REGULATOR VALVE FILTER IAW AMM 36-16-06, NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED. PERFORMED MDPS OSP CHECK IAW AMM 36-16-00, SYSTEM OPS CHECKED GOOD. NO OTHER FAULTS NOTED. )EMERGENCY DECLARED
THE PILOT REPORTED HE WAS ABOUT 3 TO 4 MILES OUT WHEN FIRE INDICATION APPEARED. DIDN'T DISCHARGE A BOTTLE OR SHUTDOWN THE ENGINE. AFTER CLEARING THE RUNWAY, THE INDICATION EXTINGUISHED ABOUT 1 MINUTE AFTER THE ENGINE WAS SHUTDOWN. AFTER DEPLANING THEY SAW HYD FLUID DRIPPING FROM THE COWLING. DIDN'T GET A HYD PUMP FAILURE INDICATION, BUT HE DID GET A HYD LOW CAS SHORTLY AFTER LANDING. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE ALTERNATOR WIRING HARNESS HAD CHAFED A PINPOINT HOLE IN THE EDP HYD PRESSURE LINE. THIS CAUSED A HIGH PRESSURE MIST OF 5606 TO SPRAY ON HARNESS. SPRAY IGNITED, MELTING THE HARNESS AND CLAMPS IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA. LOANER ENGINE INSTALLED ON AIRCRAFT. MFG IS DEVELOPING A SERVICE BULLETIN TO ADD CLAMPS
DURING TAKEOFF ROLL, AMBER LEFT STALL WARN FAIL CAS ANNUNCIATED AT 80 KIAS. CREW ABORTED TAKEOFF WITHOUT INCIDENT. CREW NOTED THAT STALL WARNING TESTED CORRECTLY AND THAT THE AOA INDICATOR REMAINED AT 12 O'CLOCK POSITION WITH VANES BEING MOVED BY HAND. PERFORMED FSR RECOMMENDATIONS: 1. SWAP STALL WARNING COMPUTERS AND RETEST. IF AOA VANES CONTINUE NOT TO MOVE. VIA MCOS - STALLS, VIEW VANE AOA DATA AND NOTE POSITION CHANGE WITH ACTUAL VANE MOVEMENT. NOTE ANY CURRENT OR STORED FAULTS. MX PULLED THE ACFT INSIDE AND LET IT SIT FOR ABOUT 3 HOURS AND NOW THE STALL TEST WORKS. MX REPLACED THE STALL WARNING COMPUTER. OPS CHECK NORMAL. AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN PARKED OUTSIDE IN TEMPS REACHING -45 DEGREES FOR PAST TW
