THE CREW DESCENDED TO FL310, DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, AND DIVERTED TO KRDU. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. FOUND #2 GENERATOR SHAFT SHEARED. REPLACED #2 GENERATOR WITH CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED NEW GENERATOR IAW EMB-550 AMM 24-31-01. OPS CHECK GOOD
DURING DESCENT, LEFT SIDE COCKPIT WINDOW CRACKED. CREW DECLARED EMERGENCY AND LANDED SAFELY AT KAUS. NO LOSS OF PRESSURIZATION, NO INJURIES, ONE PASSENGER ON BOARD. REPLACED LEFT SIDE COCKPIT WINDOW IAW EMB 550 AMM 56-12-00. LEAK AND OPS CHECK GOOD. THIS IS THE THIRD SUCH INCIDENT WHERE A POST-AD 2022-25-07 HAS FAILED ON A FLEXJET AIRCRAFT, THE OTHER TWO ARE: (1) N430FX PILOT SIDE FAIL 11/24/2021 2350.3 TSN 1460 CSN; (2) N423FX RIGHT SIDE 05/05/2022 3273.4 TSN AND 2060 CSN.

CREW ADVISED, THE RIGHT PYLON OVERHEAT ILLUMINATED IN CLIMB AT FL 17.0 WITH NAC AND ANTI-ICE SELECTED TO THE OFF POSITION. CREW REDUCED RIGHT ENGINE N1 TO 75 PERCENT FOR 1 MINUTE THEN TO IDLE FOR 2 MINUTES. CAS MESSAGE WOULD NOT EXTINGUISH. CREW FOLLOWED ACFT CHECKLIST AND SHUTDOWN ENGINE IN FLIGHT. NO PAX ON BOARD. FOUND CLAMP UNDER RT PYLON LP DUCT NEAR S-144 OVERHEAT SWITCH NOT SECURE, LEAKING AIR. SECURED CLAMP AND RAN ENGINES AT POWER, NO LEAKS NOTED. OPS CHECK GOOD.
LT AND RT GEAR IN TRANSIT LIGHTS REMAINED ILLUMINATED AFTER GEAR EXTENSION. THE FREEFALL CONTROL LEVER WAS BUMPED OUT OF ITS NORMAL (UP) POSITION AND WHEN THE GEAR WAS SELECTED DOWN AND IT COMPLETED ITS CYCLE THE MAIN LANDING GEAR INBOARD DOOR FREEFALL CABLE WOULD NOT ALLOW THE IB MLG DOOR UPLOCK SWITCH TO SEND A CLOSE SIGNAL, BECAUSE IT WAS ADJUSTED TO TIGHT. PROPER ADJUSTMENT OF CABLE IAW MM 32-33-02. (EA09200403107)
