LEFT MAIN GREEN GEAR LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE IN FLIGHT. STARTED WORKING ON THE RAMP AFTER TAXI IN. RED IN-TRANSIT LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE IN FLIGHT. STARTED WORKING ON THE RAMP AFTER TAXI IN. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. REPLACED LEFT MLG INDICATOR BULB. REPLACED LANDING GEAR HANDLE RED IN TRANSIT LIGHT.
RT THRUST REVERSER DID NOT DEPLOY ON LANDING. CREW SMELLED SOMETHING BURNING IN CRUISE. CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS POPPED. MX PERFORMED VISUAL INSPECTION OF CIRCUIT BREAKER AND ASSOCIATED WIRING, NO ABNORMAL CONDITIONS OR BURNT AREAS NOTED. PUSHED IN CB WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. INVESTIGATED SMELL OF BURNING WIRES NO SMELL FOUND CHECK WAS GOOD AND NO EVIDENCE OF BURNING WIRES.RE-ENERGIZED RH THRUST REVERSER IAW HA400XP AMM 78-30-00. CLEANED AND LUBRICATED TR DEPLOY SWITCH. PERFORMED NUMEROUS OPS CHECK. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO ABNORMAL SMELL NOTED IN COCKPIT OR CABIN.
RIBS FOUND TO EXPERIENCE CRACKING AROUND RIVET HOLES NOTED DURING INSPECTION. INSTALLED HORIZONTAL STABILIZER RIB REPLACEMENT KIT P/N 128-6200-1 S/N 257 IAW DWG NR 128-6200 REV 4 KIT INSTRUCTIONS. REPLACED LEFT NOSE RIB 128-620020-0001 AND RIGHT NOSE RIB 128-620020-0002 IAW 400/400A SRM 55-30-00 GUIDELINES. INSTALLED A NEW TERMINAL COVER P/N MS25171-25 ON THE RIGHT ELEVATOR WIRE FOR THE HEATER HORN. REF MM 27-30-00.

RT ENGINE INLET LINER CRACKED. COMPLETED 2 EACH LINER REPAIRS AT BLEED HOLES USING .016 347 CRES MATERIAL REF SRM 51-50-24, 51-50-30. REPLACED ICE BRACKET SUPPORT ANGLES P/N 45A96583-32, 45A96583-31. REPAIRED CLIP ANGLE WITH 2024-T3 .032 MATERIAL. REPLACED FRAME WITH NEW FRAME P/N 45A35201-014 REF SRM 51-40-01 GUIDELINES. OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD IAW MM 71-10-00 AND 30-10-00.
LT LOWER THRUST REVERSER DOOR OUTBOARD BATWING STIFFENER CRACKED. FABRICATED REPAIR DOUBLER FROM .050 202413 AND INSTALLED ON LT LOWER T/R O/B FLANGE STIFFENER IAW CMM REPAIR 16 CH 78-30-17.
LT UPPER T/R DOOR CRACKED. REPLACED LT UPPER T/R DOOR WITH REPAIRED UNIT.
FLAPS DEPLOY ASYMMETRICALLY FROM 20 DEGREES - 30 DEGREES, INDICATING SLIGHTLY ABOVE 30 DEGREES WITH A RIGHT ROLL UPON DEPLOYMENT, & NO FLAP ASYMMETRIC LIGHT ILLUMINATES. FLAP OPERATION CHECKS & INSPECTION ON GND REVEALED NO DEFECTS. AFTER CONDUCTING FLIGHT TEST AT 165KTS, ROLL CB PULLED, FLAPS 10 SELECTED, AIRPLANE BANKS RIGHT 25 DEGREES IN 10 SECONDS. FLAPS SELECTED 20, AIRPLANE ROLLS RIGHT 15 DEGREES IN 10 SECONDS. FINALLY FLAPS SELECTED 30 DEGREES, AIRPLANE ROLLS RIGHT MORE THAN 35 DEGREES IN 10 SECONDS. INSPECTION BY MX FOUND RT FLAP CABLE CORRODED & BROKEN AT SWAGGED END. INSPECTION OF THE LT FLAP CABLE REVEALED CORROSION AT THE SAME POINT, BUT STILL INTACT.
