THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED A RIGHT BLEED AIR OVERHEAT WARNING INDICATION DURING FLIGHT. THEY STATED THAT THE WARNING IS ILLUMINATED ABOVE 100% ENGINE POWER AND EXTINGUISHES AT BELOW 98% POWER. THE MAINTENANCE CREW DETERMINED THE RIGHT BLEED AIR PRECOOLER WAS DEFECTIVE REQUIRING IT TO BE REPLACED. AN OVERHAULED PRE-COOLER WAS INSTALLED OPS AND LEAK CHECKS WERE PERFORMED AND FOUND TO BE SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED A RIGHT BLEED AIR OVERHEAT ANNUNCIATOR WHILE IN FLIGHT AT ABOVE 100% ENGINE POWER AND EXTINGUISHES AT BELOW 97% ENGINE POWER. THE CREW ELECTED TO DIVERT THE FLIGHT AND LAND FOR MAINTENANCE CONSIDERATIONS. THE BASE MAINTENANCE TEAM DETERMINED THAT THE RIGHT BLEED AIR PRECOOLER WAS DEFECTIVE AND REPLACED WITH AN OVERHAULED UNIT. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED ON A DOOR UNLOCK ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATING AT THE END OF FLIGHT LEG 2. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM TROUBLESHOT AND DETERMINED THE AFT BAGGAGE DOOR ACTUATOR WAS FAULTY. THE ACTUATOR WAS REMOVED AND A NEW UNIT INSTALLED. OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF THE DOOR UNLOCK SYSTEM WERE SATISFACTORY AND NO DEFECTS WERE NOTED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE
WITH NO PASSENGERS ON BOARD AND ON FINAL APPROACH TO OCEAN REEF CLUB AIRPORT (07FA) AFTER PLACING THE LANDING GEAR HANDLE IN THE DOWN POSITION THERE WAS AN UNSAFE INDICATION. TWO GREEN LIGHTS (NOT 3) AND ONE RED LIGHT ILLUMINATED. CYCLED THE GEAR ONE TIME AND THE SAME INDICATION APPEARED. FLEW AIRCRAFT TO (KOPF) OPA LOCKA AIRPORT. ASKED THE CONTROL TOWER ON A FLY-BY TO VERIFY THE GEAR WAS DOWN AND THEY AGREED IT APPEARED DOWN. LANDED SAFELY. AIRCRAFT WAS INSPECTED AND MAINTENANCE REPAIRS PERFORMED BY THE DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE. SIX LIGHT BULBS P/N 327 AND ONE GEAR MONITOR PCB P/N 6318394-1 BOARD WAS REPLACED. LANDING GEAR CHECK WAS PERFORMED AND AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. WEATHER WAS CLEAR AND LIGHT WINDS.
