CREW REPORTED AT FL230 THE (AMBER) R EMER PRESS ON CAS MESSAGE CAME ON THEN CYCLED OFF THEN CYCLED ON AGAIN. SHORTLY AFTER GOT THE (AMBER) CABIN DUCT OVHT CAS AND COULD FEEL THE CABIN TEMP WAS HOT, PER CHECKLIST INITIATED DESCENT. DURING DESCENT THE L EMER PRESS ON (AMBER) CAS MESSAGE CAME ON AND OFF JUST LIKE THE RIGHT DID, CYCLED THE EMER PRESS SWITCH A FEW TIMES THE LEFT MESSAGE CLEARED BUT THE RIGHT REMAINED ON. CLEARED AFTER PASSING THROUGH 8000 FEET. AIRCRAFT IS IN MAINTENANCE. UPDATE WILL BE FILED ON RECTIFICATION.
DURING 5,000 HOUR INSPECTION, THE RUDDER WAS REMOVED FOR SB (REPAIR OF RUDDER TORQUE TUBE ASSY BONDING JUMPERS) FOUND CORROSION ON TORQUE TUBE INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL. MOISTURE INGRESSION THROUGH WIRE BUNDLE HOLE. ENGINEERING EVALUATE FOR POSSIBLE INTERNAL INSPECTION CRITERIA OF TORQUE TUBE AND ENVIRONMENTA SEALING AS REQUIRED. (EA09200600888) (K)
DURING 600/1200 HOUR INSPECTION, FOUND (9) NINE BY PASS STATOR BLADES WITH EROSION DAMAGE ON THE LEADING EDGE. BLADES WERE REMOVED AND REPALCED IAW MM. PROBABLE CAUSE: DESIGN ENGINEERING EVALUATE. (EA09200500613) (K)
PRIMARY PITCH TRIM FAIL CAS MSG AFTER TAKEOFF, DURING NOSE DOWN TRIM ACTUATION. MAINTENANCE REPLACED PITCH TRIM ACTUATOR AND PILOT TRIM BARRELL SWITCH. FUNCTION CHECK GOOD, NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
