DIVERTED DUE TO CREW HEARD A LOUD BANG AT FL450. AFTER FURTHER INSPECTION THEY NOTED THE PILOT SIDE WINDOW HAD CRACKED AND WAS BEGINNING TO DELAMINATE. CREW DID NOT DECLARE EMERGENCY. ATC TREATED IT AS ONE AND FIRE TRUCKS MET THE AIRCRAFT ON LANDING AT KSGF. REPLACED PILOT SIDE WINDOW IAW PRAETOR AMM 56-12-00. NO LEAKS NOTED.
RH WINDOW CRACKED DURING FLIGHT AT FL450. NO LOSS OF PRESSURIZATION. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AT MMPR. REPLACED RH COCKPIT SIDE WINDOW AND IAW EMBRAER LEGACY 450/500 AMM 56-12-00. LEAK CHECK GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
DISCOVERED EMERGENCY LIGHTS REMAIN ON IN ARMED POSITION. REMOVED AND REPLACED FWD EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER SUPPLY IAW AMM 33-51-01. OPS CHECK GOOD. PN 6450LS-00; SN 000675.
ON TAXI IN, CYAN FLT CNTRL FAULT ILLUMINATED ALONG WITH CYAN REMOTE C/B TRIP. WE WERE ABLE TO RESET THE TRIPPED C/B REU5 AND MESSAGES CLEARED. ON TAXI OUT, CYAN FLT CNTRL FAULT AND REMOTE C/B TRIP MESSAGE RETURNED. THE REU5 C/B IS TRIPPED FOR A 2ND TIME. FOUND WIRE SHORTED TO GROUND AROUND THE AFT MAIN BATTERY RACK LEFT CENTER EQUIPMENT BAY LOCATION.
DISCOVERED EMERGENCY LIGHTS NOT ARMED CAS MESSAGE WILL NOT GO OFF. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK WITH AN INSPECTED UNIT AND THE NR 2 EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK WITH A TESTED UNIT IAW AMM 33-51-00. ACCOMPLISHED THE OPERATIONAL TEST OF THE EMERGENCY BATTERY PACKS IAW AMM 33-51-01. OPERATIONAL CHECKED GOOD.
RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR DOOR WILL NOT RETRACT. MX ADVISED THAT THE RT DOOR SWITCH ON THE RT INBOARD GEAR DOOR ACTUATOR IS NOT OPENING WITH POWER ON. THE SWITCH COMES AS PART OF THE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY. THE ACTUATOR HAS BEEN PLACED ON ORDER AT THIS TIME.
DURING THE INITIAL 5,000 HOUR CABLE INSPECTIONON THIS AIRCRAFT NOTED EXTENSIVE DAMAGE TO THE LOWER LEFT AFT ELEVATOR CONTROL CABLE AND PRESSURIZATION SYSTEM VACUUM LINE WAS FOUND MISROUTED CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE ELEVATOR CONTROL CABLE AND VACCUM LINE. ENGINEERING EVALUATE THE NEED FOR A ONE-TIME INSPECTION OF THIS AREA ON ALL LIKE AIRCRAFT WITH LESS THAN 5,000 ACCLUMATED FLIGHT HOURS. (K)
DURING 5,000 HR INSPECTION, THE RUDDER WAS REMOVED FOR SB, REPAIR OF (RUDDER TORQUE TUBE ASSY BONDING JUMPERS) FOUND CORROSION ON TORQUE TUBE INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL. MOISTURE INGRESSION THROUGH WIRE BUNDLE HOLE. ENGINEERING EVALUATE FOR POSSIBLE INTERNAL INSPECTION CRITERIA OF TORQUE TUBE AND ENVIRONMENTAL SEALING AS REQUIRED. (EA09200600887) (K)

DID A GO AROUND & SELECTED FLAPS 8. ON SELECTING FLAPS 8 AN AMBER FLAPS FAULT CAS ILLUM & FLAPS DID NOT MOVE. A FEW SECONDS LATER AN AMBER HYD PRESS CAS ILLUM. SELECTED HYD SYNOPSIS PAGE & LT & RT EDP AMBER & MAIN HYD PRESS SHOWED 40 PSI & AMBER BOXED. DECLARED EMERG & LANDED. LANDING UNEVENTFUL, USED NORMAL BRAKING. NO T/R'S OR SPOILERS AVAILABLE. LT MLG DOOR ACT SEVERED OFF GIMBAL ASSY & SEVERED ACTUATION LINE FROM UPLOCK ACT. SB 45-32-20 ISSUED ADDRESSING PROBLEM. A/C SCHEDULED BUT HAD NOT BEEN COMPLETED.
