WHILE IN CRUISE DURING A PART 91 REPOSITION FLIGHT, THE NR 2 ENGINE FLAMED OUT AND SHUT DOWN. MAINTENANCE CREW WAS DISPATCHED TO THE LOCATION AND THE ENGINE GEARBOX OPENED UP FOR INVESTIGATION. FOUND ACCESSORY GEAR ASSEMBLY HAD FAILED LOSING CONTINUITY TO FUEL PUMP DRIVE GEAR.
LEFT LANDING GEAR INDICATION SHOWED GEAR NOT DOWN. CLEANED ANNUNCIATOR CONTACTS. OPS CHECK OK.
LEFT MAIN DOWN LIGHT FAILED TO ILLUMINATE. FLYOVER SHOWED GEAR DOWN. ANNUNCIATOR CONTACTS WERE CLEANED. GEAR WAS CYCLED AND DISCREPANCY WAS CLEARED.
ON TOUCHDOWN, THE CREW NOTICED AN ACRID SMELL IN THE COCKPIT. THE CREW LANDED AND TAXIED IN WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENT. TROUBLESHOOTING FOUND THE SOURCE TO THE RT ACM. INITALLY DEFERRED ACM IAW MEL, LATER CHANGED THE ACM, MEL WAS CLEARED. (NM05200403534) (K)
MRR-M04-23, NR 2 ENGINE OIL PRESSURE LIGHT CAME ON AS FLIGHT LEVELED OUT IN CRUISE, OIL PRESSURE GAUGE WAS CHECKED AND FOUND PRESSURE DROPPING. CREW DID A PRECAUTIONARY INFLIGHT SHUTDOWN, AND RETURNED TO STATION. LOSS OF OIL PRESSURE DUE TO LOSS OF OIL FRM REAR SCAVANGE PUMP AREA. REMOVED ENGINE, REPLACED SCAVANGE PUMP AND REINSTALLED ENGINE. MFG HAS CHANGED PUMP DESIGN TO DECREASE REAR SCAVANGE PUMP FAILURES. (K)
CARGO DOOR WARNING LIGHT CAME ON IN FLIGHT DURING THE START OF THE DESCENT TO THE NEXT STATION. ATC WAS NOTIFIED. THE LIGHTS STAYED ON FOR APPROXIMATELY 10 MINUTES. DOOR CLOSING PROCEDURES, DOOR HARD TO CLOSE, DOOR CLICK CLACK RIGGING/LUBRICATION, OR SWITCH RIGGING. ALL CLICK CLACKS AND MICRO SWITCHES. NO DEFECTS NOTED. AN OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS COMPLETED WITH NO DISCREPANCIES. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (K)
DURING CRUISE THE RT ENGINE OIL PRESS WARN LIGHT CAME ON, THIS VERIFIED WITH THE OIL PRESSURE GAUGE. CREW FOLLOWED CHECKLIST PROCEDURES AND SHUTDOWN THE ENGINE. OIL TEMPERATURE STAYED IN THE NORMAL RANGE THROUGH THE SHUTDOWN. CREW DIVERTED TO CLOSEST STATION AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. ENGINE OIL LEAK AT THE RT ENGINE. REPLACED LINE, OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD. RESEARCHED LAST INSPECTION AND FOUND NO MAINTENANCE ACTION IN THIS AREA. (M)

STOP DRILLED CRACK, FABRICATED AND INSTALLED AN APPROPRIATE SIZED 3 INCH BY 1 INCH BY .050 INCH 2024-T3 REPAIR DOUBLER AND APPLICABLE FILLER PLATES WHERE NEEDED. MSP - DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE FOUND THE CARGO DOOR FUSELAGE FRAME AT FS 438 CRACKED AT THE GAS STRUT MOUNT POST HOLE. REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED BY INSTALLING A REPAIR ANGLE, PLATE AND FILLER IAW FAC ARP 53-20-9503. (X)
MSP - DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION, FOUND THE CARGO DOOR FUSELAGE FRAME AT FS 491 CRACKED AT THE GAS STRUT MOUNT POST HOLE. REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED BY FABRICATING AND INSTALLING A REPAIR ANGLE, PLATE, AND FILLER IAW ARP 53-20-9503. (X)
DURING SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE IN MSP, THE RIGHT FLAP ROLLER DOUBLER WAS WORN. REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED BY REPLACING THE DOUBLER IAW FAC 57-10-9207 AND ARP 57-20-9024. (M)
FLT 3027 - ON APPROACH TO MSP, THE CREW DIDN'T RECEIVE A DOWN AND LOCKED INDICATION FROM THE NOSE GEAR POSITION AFTER GEAR EXTENSION. THE CREW CYCLED THE GEAR TWICE BEFORE A DOWN AND LOCKED INDICATION WAS RECEIVED. THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED TO MSP AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED BOTH NOSE GEAR DOWNLOCK SWITCHES. SYSTEM OPERATED SATISFACTORILY. (M)
FLT 3253 - ON APPROACH TO MSP, THE NOSE GEAR GREEN LIGHT FAILED TO ILLUMINATE UPON GEAR EXTENSION. THE CREW CYCLED THE GEAR UNTIL THE LIGHT ILLUMINATED. MAINTENANCE WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE DISCREPANCY. THE GEAR POSITION INDICATOR WAS REPLACED AS A PRECAUTION. SYSTEM OPERATED SATISFACTORILY DURING A TEST FLIGHT. (M)

DTW - FLT 3186 - DURING LANDING AT DTW, AIRCRAFT PROCEEDED LEFT UNCOMMANDED WHEN NOSE WHEEL STEERING WAS ENGAGED. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE NOSE WHEEL STEERING FEEDBACK POT MOUNT ASSEMBLY. THE SYSTEM OPERATED SATISFACTORILY. (X)
