ASH 7055 DEN - PILOT REPORTED BAGGAGE SMOKE DETECTION WARNING MESSAGE WAS INTERMITTENT IN FLIGHT. MX REPLACED THE SMOKE DETECTOR.
FWD EXIT DOOR EMERGENCY IDENTIFICATION SIGN INOP. AFTER A/C WARMED UP, FAULT CLEARED. SIGNED OFF WITH FLIGHT CREW AS NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED.
ASH 7053 DEN - SAFTEY EQUIPMENT INSPECTION STICKERS WERE OUT OF DATE ON THE FLIGHT DECK SAFETY EQUIPMENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED EQUIPMENT AND REPLACED INSPECTION STICKERS. ACFT CONTINUED OPERATIONS.
ASH 7062 DEN, RUDDER TRAVEL WAS RESTRICTED TO 12 DEG TO THE LEFT SIDE, WITH FLAPS AT 5. MX OPS CHECKED.
CREW REPORTED AN AFT EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT INOP. MX REPLACED LIGHT BULB AND OPS CHECK NORMAL.
ASH 7063 EGE-DEN - AFTER SHUTDOWN CREW REPORTED AN ELECTRICAL SMELL IN THE COCKPIT. DEN MAINTENANCE RAN A/C AND FOUND WIRE BUNDLE INSIDE OF FMS BOX CAUSING SHORT AND POPPING CB'S. 3/3 MX REMOVED AND REPLACED FMS.
DEN A/C POWER INDICATOR PANEL WAS SMOKING. MECHANIC REPLACED THE NR 1 TRU AND THE A/C POWER MONITOR POWER PANEL. OP CHECKS GOOD.
DURING FLIGHT, THE SMOKE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED FOR 5 SECONDS. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE SMOKE WARNING SYSTEM AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. THE A/C CONTINUED WITHOUT INCIDENT. (M)
FLT 6382 - YUM-PHX - THE CREW FOUND THE AFT CEILING OVERHEAD EMERGENCY FLOOD LIGHT INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE BULB AND THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, THE CREW FOUND TWO EMERGENCY FLOOR ESCAPE PATH LIGHT FIXTURES WITH CRACKED HOUSING. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE EMERGENCY ESCAPE PATH LIGHT FIXTURES AND OPS CHECKS GOOD. (M)
FLT 6370 - YUM-PHX - THE LEFT FORWARD EMERGENCY EGRESS LIGHT INOPERATIVE, MX WAS CALLED. THE LIGHT WAS MEL'D. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. UPON ARRIVAL IN PHX MX WAS CALLED. MX REPLACED THE LEFT FORWARD EMERGENCY EGRESS LIGHT. OPS CHECKED GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
PHX/TEX - FLT 6360 - IN-FLIGHT, THE AIRCRAFT LOST TORQUE IN THE NR 2 ENGINE. THE CREW SHUT THE ENGINE DOWN AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO THE FIELD WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE MFC. OPS CHECK GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (X)
FLT 6230 - PHX-MTJ - DURING PREFLIGHT WALK AROUND, THE CREW NOTICED THAT ONE FORWARD EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS INOPERATIVE. THE DISCREPANCY WAS DEFERRED PER MEL 33-10. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. IN SUBSEQUENT MAINTENANCE, THE COCKPIT SWITCH WAS RESET, OPS CHECK GOOD. NO DISCREPANCY FOUND WITH THE LIGHT. (M)
FLT 6385 - PHX-YUM - CREW REPORTED ONE ESCAPE PATH LIGHTING BULB INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE ACTION WAS DEFERRED PER MEL 33-11. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. IN SUBSEQUENT MAINTENANCE THE FORWARD EMERGENCY EXIT FLOOR TRACK WAS REPLACED. (M)
FLT 5077 - PHX-DRO - CREW REPORTED RIGHT ENGINE FIRELOOP 'B' FAULT LIGHT ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT. MAINTENANCE ACTION WAS DEFERRED PER MEL 26-01. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. IN SUBSEQUENT MAINTENANCE, SYSTEM WAS TROUBLESHOT. NO DISCREPANCIES WERE NOTED. THE RT ENGINE FIRE LOOP WAS REMOVED ADN REPLACED AS A PRECAUTION. (M)
DUE TO OTHER AIRCRAFT BEING NOTED WITH FORE RUDDER LOWER RIB END CAP AND/OR COVER PLATE DAMAGE. A/C'S RUDDER WAS INSPECTED DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE. THE FORWARD RUDDER LOWER RIB END CAP ACCESS PANEL COVER PLATE P/N 85540021 WAS NOTED TO HAVE SEVERAL RIVETS THAT WERE PULLED THROUGH THE ACCESS PANEL COVER PLATE. THE FORE AND AFT RUDDERS WERE REMOVED. A NEW ACCESS PANEL COVER PLATE WAS FABRICATED AND INSTALLED. THE RUDDERS WERE REINSTALLED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
FLT 5157 - ASE-GJT - UPON ARRIVAL IN GJT, CREW REPORTED THE SECOND FROM THE AFT OVERHEAD EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS INOP. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE BULB. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)

DURING ROUTINE LIGHTING CHECK, MAINTENANCE FOUND THE THE SECOND CABIN OVERHEAD CENTER AISLE EMERGENCY LIGHT WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE BULB. OPS CHECK GOOD. (M)
DURING ROUTINE LINE CHECK INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE FOUND THE CENTER AISLE EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN FAILED TO ILLUMINATE. AFTER INSPECTION IT WAS NOTED THAT THE SOCKET WAS LOOSE. THE SOCKET WAS RESECURED AND THE LIGHT FUNCTIONED NORMALLY. (M)
DURING THE PREFLIGHT CHECK, THE CAPTAIN FOUND THE FORWARD FLOOR TRACK LIGHTING HAD THREE BULBS THAT WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED FORWARD STRIP. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
GJT/DEN - FLT 7571 - IN GJT, THE CREW FOUND THE PORTABLE COCKPIT EMERGENCY LIGHT INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE BULB AND BATTERIES, OPS CHECK GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (X)
