DURING SCHEDULED INSPECTION MX FOUND A CRACK ON THE RH INBOARD UPPER PYLON PANEL AT THE REAR ATTACH POINT. MX PERFORMED A REPAIR TO THE PANEL IAW BEECHJET 400XP SRM 51-10-00 AND 51-50-10
2 EA DOORLAND REINFORCMENT BRACKETS ON THE MAIN ENTRY DOOR FOUND CRACKED DURING VISUAL INSPECTION, MX REPLACED THE BRACKETS WITH NEW
DURING SCHEDULED INSPECTION MX FOUND A CRACK ON THE FWD BEAM THE RH MAIN LANDING GEAR DOOR. MX REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RIGHT INBOARD GEAR DOOR FORWARD BEAM WITH A NEW BEAM. INSTALLED NEW JO BOLTS, AND REINSTALLED IAW SRM
DURING SCHEDULED INSPECTION MX FOUND THE RH UPPER THRUST REVERSER DOOR SKIN CRACKED. MX REMOVED THE RH UPPER THRUST REVERSER BUCKET AND REPLACED IT WITH A SERVICEABLE BUCKET
DURING SCHEDULED INSPECTION MX FOUND THE LH UPPER THRUST REVERSER DOOR SKIN CRACKED. MX REMOVED AND THEN INSTALLED A SERVICEABLE LH UPPER TR BUCKET.
AREA ABOVE MAIN ENTRY DOOR STEP PADS HAS SEVERAL SCRATCHES. FUSELAGE SKIN BELOW MED, PERFORMED NDT, REPAIR, PAINT, AND SEALED IAW FIELD REPAIR DRAWING FR-RK-535-3409, REV 1, DATED 10-13-17.
CRACKS FOUND IN DOUBLERS IN HORIZONTAL STABILIZER REAR SPAR WHILE COMPLETING SB 55-4162. REPLACED RIBS ON H-STAB IAW AIR SERVICES DRAWING NR CAS-128-6200 REV B, STEPS 5-16 RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL ON FAA FORM 8110-3 DATED OCTOBER 12, 2017 & APPROVED BY AMOC L115W-14-754A DATED 08/16/2017.
DURING DESCENT AT FL330, UNCOMMANDED NOSE GEAR EXTENSION. AIRSPEED AT THE TIME OF EXTENSION WAS + 280 KTS AND TOTAL TIME ABOVE 200KTS APPROX 5-10 MINUTES. MAINTENANCE VISUALLY INSPECTED ALL NOSE GEAR COMPNENTS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. JACKED AIRPLANE AND PERFORMED OPS TEST OF LANDING GEAR EXTENSION/RETRACTION. NO DEFECTS NOTED. CHECKED RIGGING OF UPLOCK WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED NOTED. PERFORMED NLG AIR-OVERSPEED INSPECTION WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED FLIGHT TEST WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. COULD NOT DUPLICATE ISSUE.
(E81R) DURING DISASSEMBLY OF NOSEWHEEL FOR TIRE REPLACEMENT NOTED CORROSION PITTING IN BOLT HOLES. PITTING WAS DEEPER THAN FIELD REPAIRABLE SERVICE LIMITS. THIS IS THE SECOND NOSEWHEEL ASSY FROM A RELATIVELY NEW ACFT REJECTED IN LAST 30 DAYS DUE TO EXCESSIVE BOLT HOLE CORROSION PITTING. RECOMMEND AIRFRAME AND WHEEL ASSY MFG INVESTIGATE WHETHER A WHEEL PRODUCTION PROCESS CHANGE MAY BE CAUSING PREMATURE CORROSION OR IF THE COMPONENT MM PROCEDURES MAY NEED A REVISION TO ADDRESS BOLT HOLE CORROSION PREVENTION.
(E81R) DURING REPLACEMENT OF WORN NOSE WHEEL TIRE, NOTED PN OF INSTALLED NOSEWHEEL TIRE INCORRECT IAW THE ACFT MFG IPC (32-40-05-01). IAW MFG TIRE APPLICATION DATA, THE REMOVED PN TIRE WOULD BE INSTALLED ON ANOTHER ACFT. HAVE NOTED THIS INCORRECT TIRE PN INSTALLATION PREVIOUSLY ON OTHER ACFT . NUMEROUS OTHER ACFT USE SIMILAR-APPEARING SIZE 18 X 4.4 NOSEWHEEL TIRES BUT TIRES ARE ACFT MODEL SPECIFIC DUE TO CHINE PROFILES, MAXIMUM RATED SPEEDS, ETC. SITUATION MAY BE CAUSED BY DISTRIBUTORS AND PARTS DEPARTMENTS INVENTORYING TIRES BY TIRE SIZE STOCK NRS. TECHNICIANS SHOULD BE REMINDED TO VERIFY CORRECT NOSE WHEEL TIRE PN'S DURING REPLACEMENT. RECOMMEND AIRFRAME MFRS ADD A MX NOTE OR CAUTION TO THE NOSE WHEEL INSTALLATION SECTIONS TO VERIFY CORRECT PN TIRE IS BEING INSTALLED FOR THAT ACFT MODEL.
