ON LADING ROLL OUT ON RNW 24 LEFT IN DAY I VEER IN TO THE RIGHT IN THE GRASS AND HIT SOMETHING THAT CAUSED DAMAGE TO THE LEFT WING. WITH REVERSER OUT, IT STARTED TO SLOWLY VEER TO THE RIGHT, I TOOK THE REVERS OUT THINKING THIS WILL HELP THE SITUATION AND THEN IT CONTINUES TO VEER TO THE RIGHT. MY FIRS OFFICER LAID ON THE BRAKES WITH ME WHEN WE WENT ON THE GRASS AND STOPPED ON THE TAXIWAY BEFORE GOING TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE TAXIWAY. WE SAW THE #1 BRAKE TEMP MONITOR GO TO 7 AND THE OTHER BRAKE TEMPS STAYED IN THE GREEN. AT CRUISE, AT FL310, LT OIL PRESSURE WARNING MESSAGE, OIL PRESSURE WENT TO 15-20 PSI. RAN QRH, AT IDLE PSI RETURNED TO APPROX 30 PSI FOR LESS THAN 1 MINUTES. THEN RECEIVED LT OIL PRESSURE WARNING AGAIN AND PERFORMED LT ENGINE SHUTDOWN. ENGINE WINDMILLED FOR 39 MINUTES, OIL PRESSURE NEVER GOT LOWER THAN 15 PSI. NORMAL LANDING AND ROLLOUT. BRAKE TEMPS NORMAL. REMOVED AND REPLACED ENGINE NR 1 LUBE AND SCAVENGE PUMP PER AMM 79-21-01. RAN ENGINE AND NO LEAKS APPARENT. C/W OIL CONSUMPTION CHECK AND OIL PRESSURE INSPECTION.
