GOT AN AVERAGE OF 1 TURN ON BOTH CLAMPS FOR THE 5TH STAGE CHECK VALVE, UPPER CLAMP ON THE PRSOV AND THE UPPER CLAMP ON THE TRUMPET TUBE. ALL OTHER PNEUMATIC CLAMPS WERE TIGHT. NO OBVIOUS SIGNS OF A DUCT LEAK. LEAK CKECKED NR 2 ENGINE PNEUMATIC SYSTEM USING ACOUSTIC IMAGER KIT NO LEAK NOTED. FOUND LOOPS CONTACTING ROUTING RAIL IN SEVERAL LOCATIONS, ADJUSTED LOOPS FOR CLEARANCE, SUGGEST ENGINE RUN TO CONFIRM FAULT. RAN ENG AT OR ABOVE 1.25 EPR FOR MORE THAN 10 MIN, BLEED TEMP NORMAL AND NO FIRE WARNING.
CABIN AND FLIGHT DECKHAVE STRONG ODOR OF POSSIBLE TOXIC FUMES FOUND THAT THE SMELL WAS FROM THE APU BLEED. REPLACED BOTH RECIRCULATION FILTER CARTRIDGE REF AMM 21-21-41. RAN BOTH ENGINES FOR PACK BURN OFF AND REPLACED BOTH FILTERS AGAIN. SMELL NO LONGER PRESENT. APU BLEED SYSTEM PLACED ON MEL REF LOGPAGE 6599602

REPLACED BOTH THE LEFT AND RIGHT PACK OZONE FILTERS. RAN PACKS FOR FIVE HOURS. ALSO RAN GALLEY CHILLERS, OVENS, COFFEEPOT, HEATERS AND COFFEEMAKERS. CHECKED THE HOT WATER HEATERS UNDER SINK CHECKED GOOD. UNABLE TO POSITIVELY IDENTIFY HAZE/SMOKE/HEAT SOURCE.
F/A REPORTS ACRID SMOKE SMELL IN AFT GALLEY. STRONGEST AROUND EYEBALL VENT. *S/D* FOUND ELECTRICAL SMELL COMING FROM RIGHT AFT COFFEEMAKER. REPLACED COFFEEMAKER (P/N:3510 0032 01U2). OPERATIONAL CHECK NORMAL.
CREW REPORTS LANDING GEAR DID NOT COMPLETELY EXTEND ON FIRST ATTEMPT. CYCLED GEAR, OPS NORMAL. *S/D* LGCIU REPORTED NLG R DOOR PROX SENSOR 38GA TARGET POSITION. CHECKED GAPS AND FOUND WITHIN TOLERANCE PER AMM 32-31-73. BITE TEST OK. NO FURTHER PROBLEMS.
