GROUND CREW REPORTED THAT WHEN POWER IS REMOVED FROM THE AIRCRAFT, THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS IN THE BACK HALF OF THE AIRCRAFT COME ON AND WILL NOT EXTINGUISH. REMOVED FROM SERVICE. PERFORMED A GVI OF THE CONNECTORS AND NOTED PIN 4 OF CONNECTOR 3351-P5 WAS PUSHED BACK AND NOT LOCKED AT THE AFT BATTERY PACK. RESEATED THE PIN SECURELY. PERFORMED AN OPS CHECK IAW 33-51-00-710-802. OPS GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
FLOOR PATH EMERGENCY LIGHT STRIP LOOSE AT ROW 17 LEFT AND ROW 19 RIGHT. RESECURED FLOOR STRIP AS REQUIRED. CHECKS GOOD. RETURNED TO SERVICE. NO PARTS REPLACED.

AFTER ROTATION ON DEPARTURE WE HAD A FAILURE OF BOTH AC GENS WE WERE ABLE TO RESET THE AC GENS PER THE CHECKLIST THE DEFECT SEEMED TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH THE USAGE OF THE PROP DEICE SELECTOR. REMOVED FROM SERVICE. FOUND NR 2 BRUSH BLOCK WORN, REPLACED. NR 1 BRUSH BLOCK AND SLIP RING DAMAGED, REPLACED. RETURNED TO SERVICE.
MAIN CABIN DOOR DITCHING DAM DOOR WILL NOT STAY IN UP POSITION. PUT MCD DITCHING DAM DOOR BACK INTO PLACE. DAM STAYS SECURED INTO ITS RETRACTED POSITION. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK IAW AMM TASK 25-62-01-710-801. OPS TEST GOOD, NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. NO PARTS REPLACED.
CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTS COME ON WITH FLIGHT DECK SWITCH IN ARM POSITION. FOUND CIRCUIT BREAKER E3 LEFT DC MAIN EMERGENCY LIGHTS RELAY OPEN. RESET THE CIRCUIT BREAKER IAW GPM 9-2-2-1. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF EMERGENCY LIGHTS SYS IAW AMM TASK 33-51-00-710-802. OPS TESTED GOOD. CIRCUIT BREAKER REMAINS IN. NO FURTHER DEFECTS. RETURNED TO SERVICE. NO PARTS REPLACED.

REMOVES SPLICE MEMBERS COMMON TO SEAT TRACK NR 7 AND NR 8 REF SRM 51-41-05, 51-41-00, 51-40-15. INSTALLED SPLICE MEMBERS COMMON TO SEAT TRACK NR 7 AND NR 8 REF SRM 51-42-05, 51-41-00, 51-40-15. CYCLED DUMP / MANUAL / AUTO SELECTOR PER FAULT ANNUNCIATOR ON PRESSURIZATION CONTROLLER EMERGENCY CHECKLIST. FAULT LIGHT EXTINGUISHED AND AUTO PRESSURIZATION OPERATED NORMALLY. AFTER LANDING, ACCOMPLISHED FSM CPCS FAULT RESET VERIFICATION PROCEDURE. FAULT ANNUNCIATOR DID NOT RE-ILLUMINATE. RETURNED TO SERVICE.

DURING CLIMB OUT AT 10000 FT, NOTICED NR 1 ENGINE OIL TEMP CLIMBING RAPIDLY, WAS 95 DEG AND DROPPED TO 85 DEG IN ABOUT 3-4 SEC . THIS OCCURED THRU REMAINDER OF FLIGHT. ALSO THE OIL PRESSURE WAS ERRATIC FROM A HIGH OF 72 PSI- TO 66PSI. RETURNED TO FIELD. LANDING UNEVENTFUL. PILOT REPORTED NO MASTER CAUTION OR ENGINE MONITORING NOTIFICATION DURING EVENT. REMOVED AND REPLACED LT ENGINE OIL PRESSURE TRANSDUCER IAW AMM 79-31-01. FOUND REMOVED TRANSDUCER SHOWING 5 PSI W ENGINE OFF. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST AND LEAK CHECK OF NR 1 ENGINE. IAW AMM TASK 79-31-01-400-801. OBSERVED NORMAL TEMPERATURE AND PRESSURE INDICATIONS. TEST PASSED. NO LEAKS NOTED. ACCOMPLISHED ADJUSTMENT OF 1/2 TURN INCREASE. IAW AMM 71-00-00-780-801.
LAVATORY DOOR IS DIFFICULT TO OPERATE. PLACED ON MEL. FOUND LAV DOOR LOCK ASSY TO BE BINDING INTERNALLY. R & R LOCK ASSY WITH NEW FROM STOCK. ADJ ALIGNMENT OF LOCK STRIKER PLATE. LAV DOOR LATCH AND LOCK, OPS CHECK GOOD. OPS TEST OF LAV LIGHTING IS GOOD IAW AMM 33-25-00-710-801.
LAVATORY LATCHING MECHANISM IS JAMMED. REPLACED THE LATCH ASSY. RETURNED TO SERVICE.
CLIMBING THROUGH 21,000 FT NOTICED THE CABIN ALTITUDE GOING ABOUT 8,000 FT. BEFORE WE COULD COORINATE A LOWER ALTITUDE, THE CABIN ALTITUDE CONTINUED TO CLIMB TO 10,000 FT AND THE CABIN PRESSURE WARNING LIGHT CAME ON. INITATED A EMERGENCY DESCENT, AND ATC CLEARED US TO 8,000 FT. DURING THE DESCENT, THE CABIN PRESSURE LIGHT WENT OUT AT ABOUT 18,000 FT. LEVEL AT 8,000 THE CABIN ALTITUDE WAS 6,000 FT AND THE CABIN PRESSURE CONTROLLER WAS OPERATING NORMALLY. CONTINUED TO DESTINATION. REPLACED AFT OUTFLOW VALVE WITH NO HELP. REPLACED CABIN PRESSURE CONTROLLER WITH NO HELP. FOUND LARGE SPLIT/HOLE IN THE AFT CARGO DOOR SEAL. REPLACED AFT CARGO DOOR SEAL IAW AMM 52-31-26-000-801/400-801. RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AT CRUISE FL 210 RECEIVED A CABIN PRESSURE WARNING. PERFORMED A EMERGENCY DESCENT TO 10,000 AND RETURNED TO FIELD. LANDING UNEVENTFUL. FOUND CPC/OF VALVE DATA FAIL AND CP CONTROLER FAIL IN CDS, C/W FIM 21-3000-810-804 1-3 & 5 VALVE FAIL MESSAGE DID NOT RETURN, C/W FIM 21-30-00-810-809 1-3 AND 4B-5, REPLACED CP CONTROLER IAW 21-31-06-000-801, 21-31-06-400-801 OP CK, FUNCTIONAL TEST GOOD. RETURNED TO SERVICE.
F/A REPORTS THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING SWITCH GREEN "NORMAL" LIGHT IS BURNED OUT. POWERED DOWN ACFT AND REPLACED LAMP. CHECKS GOOD. RETURNED TO SERVICE.

AFT PASSENGER DOOR INNER EDGE BEAM CORRODED. COMPLIED WITH M-184 FORM. RECEIVED NEW AFT PAX DOOR INNER EDGE BEAM, PN 85339512-101 FROM STORES. LOCATED AND DRILLED NEW AFT PAX DOOR INNER EDGE BEAM, PN 85339512-101 IAW REF SRM 51-40-07. INSTALLED 12EA NUT PLATES ON AFT PAX DOOR INNER EDGE BEAM REF SRM 51-42-05 REPAIR-01. INSTALLATION OF INNER EDGE BEAM PERFORMED ON JOB 5441015, OP 44, ITEM 9.

NR 1 FADEC CAUTION OR POWERPLANT MSG NEVER ILLUMINATED. RETURNED TO SERVICE.

"DE-ICE PRESS" CAUTION MESSAGE. RAN AS MUCH OF EMERGENCY CHECKLIST AS TIME ALLOWED BEFORE LANDING. LIGHT DID COME BACK ON AFTER GOING TO MANUAL THEN BACK TO "SLOW" NEVER DID GET PRESS-IND LESS THAN 18PSI IT DID HOWEVER JUMP TO 22 ABOUT THE TIME THE CAUTION MESSAGE CAME BACK ON. BELOW ONCE BELOW FREEZING LEVEL ON DESCENT, SYS WORKED FINE. INTEROGATED CDS AND FOUND FAULT CODE MESSAGE "LOW PRESSURE 4B FAIL. R & R NR 4 DDV IAW AMM TASKS 30-11-16-000-801 AND 30-11-16-400-801 OPS CHECK GOOD. FAULT DID NOT REAPPEAR. DURING OPS TEST DE-ICE PRESSURE DID NOT EXCEED APPROX 19PSI. RETURNED TO SERVICE.
