CLOSED/SUP - ASH 6322 PHX - EMERGENCY LIGHTS REMAIN ON WHEN BOTH LIGHT SWITCHES ON/ARM ARE IN THE OFF POSITION. PHX MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOOTING WITH GJT MAINTENANCE. MAINTENANCE CLEANED THE CONNECTION AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.
THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO GATE WITH FORWARD SECTION OF EMERGENCY LIGHTS INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT AND RELAMPED THE SYSTEM. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
THE CREW RETURNED THE AIRCRAFT TO THE GATE DUE TO THE LEFT SPOILER INDICATING OPPOSITE OF DEFLECTION. CONFIRMED THAT THE FAULT WAS AN INDICATION ERROR AND FERRIED THE AIRCRAFT TO PHX. MX HAS TROUBLESHOT TO AN INDICATOR AND ARE AWAITING PART. 8/13 MAINTENANCE CHANGED OUT SURFACE POSITION INDICATOR. OPS CHECK GOOD.
CREW REPORTED THE EMERGENCY LIGHT FLOOR PATH LIGHTS INOPERATIVE. MECHANIC TIGHTENED LEADS ON EMERGENCY LIGHTS. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO PARTS USED.
PHX-DRO CREW REPORTED F/A EMERGENCY FLASHLIGHT INOPERATIVE. MECHANIC REPLACED THE BATTERY.
DURING LINE CHECK INSPECTION, THE #2 CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHT WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE. THE #2 EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER SUPPLY WAS REPLACED WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
RETURNED TO THE GATE. NR 2 ENGINE HAD SIGNIFICANT RPM DROP WHEN POWER LEVERS MOVED FROM DISK TO FLIGHT IDLE. MECHANIC SECURED LOOSE CONNECTOR PLUG. OPS CHECK GOOD.
DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, SEVERAL EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHTS FAILED TO ILLUMINATE. MECHANIC REPLACED THE NR2 EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY. OPS CHECK GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
FLT NR 6253 - ON ARRIVAL IN DRO, THE CREW COULD ONLY GET THE PASSENGER DOOR TO OPEN ONE-THIRD OF THE WAY. MAINTENANCE REPLACED BOTH STRUTS. OPS CHECKS GOOD. (M)

FLT 7544 - DEN-DRO - AFTER TAKEOFF, THE CREW RAISED THE FLAPS AND NOTICED THAT THE NR 1 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM WAS LOSING PRESSURE AND FLUID. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND RETURNED TO THE FIELD WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE HYDRAULIC RETURN LINE AND ENGINE DRIVEN HYDRAULIC PUMP. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)

AIRCRAFT WAS INSPECTED BY MAINTENANCE AND SMOKE WAS DETERMINED TO HAVE COME FROM THE AIRSTAIR DOOR LIGHTS. AIRSTAIR DOOR LIGHTS WERE DEFERRED AND CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS TIE-WRAPPED.
